Basic but comfortable room, sparsely furnished but very clean and warm. Perfect location for an overnight stay in Erfurt, with the old town just a few minutes' walk away and underground parking available at the train station.

No nightstand or sockets next to the bunk bed. Was a bit noisy at night.

We were able to drop off our bags at the reception before check-in time. We were 2-3 hours early, and this gave us the opportunity to already explore the city without having to carry bags around. The younger gentlemen at the front desk was very nice.

There were construction workers during our stay. During the afternoon, we came back to our room for a rest before dinner, and there was loud drilling. Ofcourse these people have a job to do as well, but the timing was unfortunate. The female staff (two different ladies) at the front desk ignored us every time we walked by, even when we said goodmorning or hello. Maybe we have to pay extra for service with a smile?

Well located, in front of the Train station and couple of blocks away from the main city center. Rooms does have password instead of key, and offers self-Check in by late arrives.

No Parking. Instead, you can park your car at the Train Station.

The wall of the room that can clearly hear the room next door is loud. Breakfast!!

Its very clean with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Room on the small side but ok.

Please put a couple of paper cups in the toilet. My big complaint was the breakfast. I understand when a place is packed getting breakfast to a little tough but the Hotel knows when it happens and should be prepared usually buying a second coffee machine would help.

The breakfast was fine and had everything you needed. Sky sports etc on the tv was a nice addition. Quite close to local public transport and the train station.

No Breakfast, costed lot of money though No parking, the receptionist was like mad at us I didn’t understand the reason AC in the room didn’t work covers smelled bad, no one cleaned our room

I requested a crib (for a TWO MONTH OLD baby) and they at first gave us a net on the bed assuming we would sleep in one bed with such a small baby and argued that they don't have cribs (but children of all ages are welcome). eventually they discovered a crib too. also had to wait with crying baby in the lobby while they were checking something in the computer with another couple in veryyyyy slooooowly but very German manner.

single bed was extremely uncomfortable. mattress was totally worn out on both single beds in the room. Ground floor rooms very noisy with a bar just around the corner. breakfast was extremely basic for €10.50.

Loved the location, the ease of use, the friendly staff, the great room and the generous breakfast buffet. Nothing to complain about.
