We arrived much earlier than expected for a two night stay but we were still made to feel very welcome and permitted to check in early. We even scored an upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was a great spot to come back to after dinner for a coffee and glass of wine. The room was very clean and very comfortable, as was the bed. The location was very quiet but still only a short walk to the main shopping/dining areas.

Nothing, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed a very genuine Italian experience.

The staff went above and beyond, in every way, to help make our trip fantastic! We will surely stay there again when we come back to Ravenna.

we didn’t have any problems but there are stairs to get to the top floor.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Charming surroundings, many places to sit and read and enjoy the surroundings.

The accomodation and breakfast’s were excellent. The owner was very helpful and accomodating. He had great suggestions of the sites to see and restaurants to go too. A Top place to stay.

The location was perfect to everything. We took a taxi from the train station but it was only a 10 minute walk. The staff goes above and beyond to help in any way. I would stay here again and would visit their other lodging in Southern Italy.

Fabulous place, spotlessly clean with lovely friendly and professional people. The room was bright with a massive and very comfortable bed. Discounted breakfast only steps away in a bakery with cakes from heaven and happy staff. We honestly can not say anything negative about our stay and genuinely look forward to coming back.

people smoking in the designated areas at night do not think about others in their rooms and make to much noise.

It has the big three: location, comfort, and service, plus secure off-street parking. Michele will even park your car for you. It’s within easy walking distance to all the important sites. There is no lift. The room had air conditioning. Ravenna is an interesting and pleasant city. The tourist information office organizes good walking tours.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Our room, No. 6, had a very nice terrace.

person who checked us in was extremely helpful! carried large luggage to our room (no elevators) and recommended restaurants nearby. He also offered to drive us to our cruise boat 20 minutes away!

This was an exceptional find! comfortable, quaint, a great value and in a great location. A huge plus was the extremely welcoming host family. I highly recommend this place and definitely would return.

An amazing venue just in the city centre of Ravenna, still within reach by car (inner parking place avaiable). The faimly staff is professional, friendly and respectful of the guest's privacy. The villa is quiet and furnished with taste and clean, and all the city monuments are at walkable distance. You can also rent a bike (no tariff added). You'll want to come again as soon as possibile.

An excellent property with large well equipped and comfortable rooms., We even had a rooftop balcony off our main room. Location is excellent within easy walking distance to main attractions and shopping/restaurant precincts.

Didn't realise the parking attracted a "tax" which meant an extra 40 euros for a 3 day stay. Also the rate as advertised by Booking.com was slightly different - more expensive.

A quiet and clean centrally located room with helpful host and staff. Bicycles were provided at no extra charge, which mad getting around the various historical sites very easy.

Our stay in Villa Noctis was great, it’s a shame that we only stayed for one night. We particularly loved that there was on-site parking available, all of the sights were within walking distance and we were greeted with a personalized check-in and given recommendations for our stay.
