La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione, centralissima e vicina a quasi tutti i punti d'interesse in città. La camera, una tripla uso doppia, è grande, comoda, con tanti mobili per riporre i vestiti e appoggiare gli oggetti personali. Il bagno è grande e dotato del necessario; l'affaccio, con balconcino, è gradevole e silenzioso perché su una strada pedonale. La colazione è abbondante e i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, perché ci hanno dato la camera prima dell'ora stabilita per il check-in.

La proprietaria ci ha detto che l'acqua non è potabile e quindi suggerisco di mettere una targhetta sul rubinetto del bagno.

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación: está muy céntrico, lo que nos facilitó recorrer los lugares de interés sin necesitar transporte. La habitación según lo esperado, la cama cómoda. La actitud colaboradora de Valentino durante toda la estancia es muy de agradecer. A primera hora ya estaba en el comedor dispuesto a colaborar para que el desayuno fuera agradable: el primer día se acercó a buscarnos el pan que solemos tomar. Atendía a todos con una sonrisa, procurando que no faltara nada. No se nos ocurre pedir más: es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

Posizione centralissima e molto comoda per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse. Stanza grande, confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario (phone in stanza!). Abbiamo avuto una stanza con terrazzo e affaccio sulla corte interna: molto spazio e silenzio. Colazione molto buona, con molte possibilità di scelta!

Excellent location. I had a very large room. Even the bathroom was huge. It is very close to the train station and the main square.

This is a great place to stay before a cruise. The host helped us with transportation to the cruise as well.

Clean place

Air conditioner didn't work in both rooms I rented, we all sweated our balls off. Thank God it was only one night. Breakfast is mediocre, the guy who runs the place seems like he doesn't want to pay another worker for help. Which in turn means a bigger profit for him. Breakfast choices were limited and very slow.

The location and accommodations were perfect. Valentino is an excellent host and made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Delicious breakfast!

Some more hooks are needed, please, and USB sockets, but it did not matter.

Property was convenient & walkable to everything that mattered in Ravenna. Literally 3-5 mins in all directions, you had your sights. Ravenna is truly magical. It’s unbelievably well preserved historically. Valentino was so nice as our host and accommodated a very early arrival off cruise that was mid-managed with our transfer, yet- he was gracious. Let’s be clear and note, this is a large room, within an Apt shared with other guests. AC was weak yet beds comfortable. Good stay for just 1 night.

The property was clean and well kept. It was a nice treat to have our room ready upon on our early arrival from the cruise ship.

Valentino was an excellent host. We enjoyed the location (central), the room (perfect size for a family of four) and the breakfast. Valentino also gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. We had a great stay in Ravenna. Highly recommend. If you're coming for a cruise, stay two nights so you can rest up, see the mosaics and enjoy some great local food.

The B&B was very convenient, situated very close to the train station so perfect for those traveling by train. And also right in the city center. The room I booked for perfect for a solo traveler but probably a bit tight for 2 people. Valentino who takes care of the B&B was a very nice host, telling me about Ravenna. He does a really good job at preparing breakfast! :-)

Excellent location, walking distance from Ravenna station. Valentino is a great host. Very hands-on and accommodating. He serves breakfast to his guests and makes cappuccino for everyone which tastes perfect by the way. The breakfast spread is not a lot but for someone who usually skips breakfast, it is more than plenty for me. There are also cakes available, and they all seem delicious, so on the last day of our vacation, I caved and tasted the chocolate cake... it was exquisite! Valentino also arranged our port drop-off for our cruise day. Always going above and beyond for his guests. The room was also very clean when we arrived. The bathroom size is big which is great.

The best thing about this hotel is the manager. He was very polite, professional, and was able to answer all sorts of questions. The breakfast was simple but nice. Its in a busy area, but quiet at night. I highly recommend it.
