Love the hotel room (got so lucky to be upgraded to ocean suite room), close to the beach & pool and able go see sunset from the hotel.

Fitness equipments can be added more.

Baustelle direkt vor Hotel . Am Strand waren dauernd Bagger! Dementsprechend Lärm. Besonders nervig dass Pools und allgemeiner Bereich von Touristen die nicht im Hotel wohnten geflutet war. Die mussten nur ein Wasser bestellen und sind den ganzen Tag geblieben. War null erholsam und unter Tags de facto nicht zu nutzen

Some rooms face Mrs sippy with poor sound proofing -moved rooms because of this. Also not enough day beds and a lot of people leaving towels on pool beds for hours empty and staff do not police.

Loved the spa, layout of the hotel and room size. Great breakfast and pool side service

The only negative was that the taste and quality of the room service was not as good as I was hoping

Great amenities, breakfast buffet and location. Easy to walk to Seminyak strip and shopping center

Upon arrival no explanation of where amenities were, wifi password or tour through room to explain location of safe, phone or daily operations of hotel. Room service did take a while when ordering a non-alcoholic drink (approx 15 mins). Small things like that make a resort a 5 star resort. This should be a 4 star resort not 5. Can’t say this as a 5 start resort. A shuttle to the bottom of the driveway would have been good too. Potato head, the W and Legian all provide this service but Alila didn’t…prices shouldn’t be as high when the service isn’t there.

Buffet breakfast 10/10 (Brownie was so die for!!) good vibe with a relaxing beach bar! Spectacular entrance and close to Mexicola & other great places!

Rooms were good but the better ones as seen in most of the pics are wayy more pricey.
