Excellent location, lovely view from terrace, easy parking ( November), nice breakfast. we really enjoyed our two nights. Great location to visit Zingaro and Segesta.

the street in front of the B&B was quite noisy especially on Saturday night. it is not always super easy to find a park place for the Auto nearby, depends a bit on the time of the day.

we loved our stay at Santina. very clean and comfortable room. highly recommend!

exactly as shown in the pictures: pitorresque ocean&harbour view from the garden and from our appartement where you can have beakfast (very relaxed atmosphere), very tasteful and authentic decoration & interior (mix of new and traditional incl. sicilian tiles), very nice, friendly and welcoming people with the best breakfast we experienced during our 12days intinerary through sicily (fresh fruits, veggies, good quality ham/cheese/mozarella and home made sweets/ cakes). close to the harbour and main streets with a variety of restaurants and free parking in the street.

its the first time we give a rating of 10 - nothing to complain. we will be happy to return one day.

Long climb back from restaurants.

An easy walk to the sea promenade, restaurants, wine bars, etc. with free public parking [easily available off season] on the street below the building, this B & B is in a recently renovated house with a lovely open terrace with tables for breakfast overlooking the bay and a beautiful common room. Breakfast is buffet and was the best we had in our 15 days in Sicily for both quality and variety of selections. Our room was huge and very comfortable and included a mini-frig. Road access for a trip to Scopello was easy and driving time to the airport in Palermo was 30 min.

Difficult to find the entrance so we needed to park and go on foot to be sure we were in the right place.

Really great spacious room with a little balcony that has a view of the sea. Beds were comfortable, room has a kettle and a fridge. It’s in a great location close to town. The terrace is also beautiful - we had an amazing breakfast under the lemon tree. lovely hosts that were very helpful.

Pretty interior was beautiful and the view is super nice. The place is managed by a very nice couple. The breakfast buffet was exceptional for Italy.

The apartment is located directly at a street but it was not too busy when we were visiting.

It’s super easy to park the car right in front of the B&B on the street. The view is amazing and there are great restaurants and bars close by. Luca was super helpful and friendly.

Quality of the apartment and bathroom is very high - clean and modern. Beautiful view from the terrace on the city and harbor. Perfect location to reach restaurants. Very good breakfast.

There is no information that building is situated by the main street where all cars from the old city and harbor have to go here as this is the only one possibility. Additionally building is on the hill and all cars / motorbikes have to use all power of engine and therefore there is big noise and stench. You can forget about your terrace because the only one way is to close all windows. Unfortunately the biggest traffic is in the morning and evening to the late night hours so exactly when usually I prefer to use terrace because during the day I am out. Overall noise and stench from the cars unfortunately disqualified this apartment. Very weak signal of Wi-fi therefore during whole stay I had to use my mobile LTE. Sometimes was extremely difficult to find any parking place anywhere. The Owner is arrogant in the communication and completely not open for any feedback. During check-out the Owner forced to pay extra for towels which were not included into booking.com contract and accommodation policy and moreover there is no any price list [I have a pictures]. Be careful because you can be asked about extra payment which you are not able to calculate and be prepared before.

- The location - not on the main drag, but just a few mins to the side. Great restaurants next door. Easy to find free parking on the road outside. - The best view in Castellammare (in our opinion) - Good value for money - Lovely to eat breakfast under a lime tree - Help booking a great boat trip which was not touristy like other trips

- More tips would have been good - We would have liked juice offered at breakfast, and some eggs! Otherwise the breakfast was good - lots of Italian pastries and so on
