great view from balcony - part of sea and a port. exceptional breakfast. we felt like at home, family atmosphere, delicious coffee, cakes, etc. huge kudos to the receptionists. they were helpful, patiently were answering our question before and during stay.

it isn't about the property. just info, keep in mind the property is in restriction area ZTL as part of historical town. that's why it might be an adventure to park your car on parking after 0900PM. It was our case. we were taking car to parking around 0930PM when the police didn't want to allow us enter the ZTL part of city. Fortunately, one of the policemen allow us to go there. we had to talk to receptionist so that she emailed to police with info that regards our check-in after 0900PM.

breakfast was great, location was perfect, right on the passagata but far enough away to not be noisy. Room was small but comfy, bathroom was great. Staff was very helpful.

Cute little hotel with great location. However, they somewhat misrepresented their ability to help with parking. The website indicated you could pay this, however it wasn’t available. Parking is difficult!

Parking

Great hotel, basic but very convenient. Right next to the harbour, it was a great location fpr dinner at Castellammare (try La Cambusa restaurant!) or the Zingaro Natural Reserve (20min by car). Great breakfast as well! Cristina at the reception was super helpful. She even moved her car so we could park ours in front of the hotel for the night :)

The room was a bit humid, but nothing too bad.

- very friendly staff - super cosy selected breakfast - fresh coffee - our room was really beautiful and clean (even it has just small windows for daylight)

- room space in the smaller room was really small for a 4 night-stay (better book than the higher category/ we decided us for the more beautiful in-room design)

Great contemporary style hotel on a central location with parking opposite Staff very friendly and accommodating Breakfast starts at 7:30 but we needed to leave at 7:00. Not a problem they sorted breakfast at 7:00 including warm freshly baked bread rolls collected from the bakers. Breakfasts in Italy can be a bit Meh, but this was by far the best breakfast that we had during our stay in Italy, including a very high end 5* hotel

Excellent service from the sweet and incredible nice owner who also showed me the closed parts hotel. I can't wait to get back in April when the entire hotel is open. Truely recommened!

Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Very nice decoration. Excellent attention.

We loved the suite with the little balcony overlooking the Marina. It was a perfect place to read, have a drink, and enjoy the scenery from above. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. The staff were very welcoming.

Great location on top of the old wall with view over the pleasure boat port and restaurants. Rooms had all the amenities you could ask for with a nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. Breakfast was superb.

Property was excellent, but the little town itself was very touristy, somewhat noisy and trashy. We stayed for four nights, visited some other villages but probably 1 or 2 nights too long.

Parking

We had an amazing stay at Sopra le Mura! It is located in the city center so everything you need is nearby. We could also park our car in the garage nearby which was very useful. The hotel is amazing, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean and cosy. We would recommend it to everyone to stay here during your time in Castellammare del Golfo.
