Good size room. Shower was nice. Beds were comfy, nice sheets and pillows. Staff were helpful

Had the corner upper unit and was very noisy from traffic. No A/C ment windows wide open on a very windy day.

Decent sized unit with separate bedroom and a spa bath which is nice and deep. Plenty of hot chocolate sachets, tea and coffee but no milk.

Traffic from the road - not too bad on Friday night but Saturday all the boy racers were out. The motel is on a corner of a main intersection so quite busy. Had no shampoo/conditioner, had to ask, bathroom ceiling could do with a paint job. You don't get given milk, there is a note saying if you want it, you have to go back and ask for it at reception. Directions on Google are a bit misleading - address says Lincoln Road but the entrance is around the corner so need to get in the far left lane early or you have to go through the intersection and turn around. Owner was (?) a bit odd, I handed in a ring saying I'd found it under my bed but she didn't even ask what Unit I was in - unless someone had contacted them about losing it and she already knew about it, I felt like I was being given the short shift.

Very handy to Augustine Drive for the NZ Masters Games .. Great value for money , had everything needed for our four night stay. .Remarkably sound proof despite being on main thoroughfare.

It’s close location to the stadium, about 5 minutes walk. Got a really good deal booking months ago for the Foo Fighters concert at the stadium. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us some helpful advice about where to eat and how to get to the stadium. The room was very clean and very quiet despite the whole motel being fully booked.

No sky tv sport but did have sky open and Netflix
