Anna is an incredibly friendly and helpful owner. By my mistake, I booked for a wrong date, but it was not a problem and Anna arranged all necessary lodging for us. Location is incredible, few tens of meters from the Cathedral.

Location was perfect! Just oposite the cathedral. Guesthouse had a nice terrace looking towards the centre. Owners were amazingly friendly and helpful! Were able to communicate in German. Rooms are equipped with aico.
Bathroom was a bit small, but has everything you need.

1. The owner lady. She was very attentive and caring. She even was calling us on Viber to see if everything is ok with us and when we will get there.

Just in the center, next house to Svetitshoveli cathedral. The owner is so lovely - you feel like coming home from long journey. And she makes fantastic breakfast.

Anna was an excellent host, she was very friendly, and helpful. We asked her if we could do the laundry there, not only did she do it for us, but she also dried, and folded for us. Breakfast at her house was big and tasty.

Lovely family-run guesthouse in the old centre of town. Directly beside cathedral, good wifi, v friendly hosts. Bed and pillows v comfortable and sitting area inside and in garden v good.

Best breakfast I had in Georgia, and one of the top breakfasts of my life. So much food, and all of it incredibly fresh and vegetarian friendly. Super kind and accommodating host. Location can't be beat. Thoroughly recommended.

His and Her Adventures approved! A true guesthouse experience with a wonderful hostess. Comfortable, spacious and well appointed rooms. Delicious breakfast in your host's kitchen. Location can't be beat - right across the street from Mtshketa's ancient cathedral.
Our room was on the top floor, built into the sloping roof - therefore the bathroom had reduced height. The shower in particular could only be used if you were sitting. A plastic stool was provided though... :)
