Reviewer Comments: It took forever to get a reservation, when the other half of the bill was due I had to call them they charged us a extra service charge to pay with the same card we paid the deposit with. Yes it's across the road from the beach, but it's a very busy road, wouldn't advise walking small children across. Upon arrival the room wasn't even cleaned at 4pm, we had to walk into a DIRTY room, looked to be dirty for days, there was stagnant urin in the toilet. Oh but you bet the day we got ready to leave they were knocking on the door at 10am, when the reservation office told us to be out by 11am because of the inconvenience of the room not being clean upon arrival.

Perfect location for our trip and everyone was very helpful!

I had to dump the canister that should be emptied often. The dirt was solid packed and had to be dug out. Staff cleaners should have taken better care of the rugs with spots.
Overall the stay was great for winter rental. Few rentals in area made for quiet nights. The older sofa pull out bed would be questionable for comfort. Did not have to use it.
Winter is a good time to visit with not much traffic. Bought the Key Golf book for cheaper golf at private clubs. A winner! Enjoyable stay for the month.

The table was dirty and there was trash under the master bed. We did not mention this to the management company because it was easier to just clean it ourselves. The unit is large with 3 bedrooms and is on the top floor so it was very quiet. This seems like a well built building and we never heard any noise from neighbors. There is a coin laundry in the shared hallway that was very helpful.

The rental company was very helpful with our needs. Also, the owner was wonderful! He quickly responded to our questions and answered them! Excellent vacation!
