A lovely authentic Italian house with a cozy courtyard. The apartments are beautiful and substantial. The hostess is hospitable and kind. The place is very suitable for living in order to visit the surroundings of Florence and Tuscany itself.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Malpasso, very unique. Great location and very close to everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast was great and our host Antonella was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

It's like a place from the Eastern fairy tales))) The interior is very unusual and thought out to the smallest details. The bathroom is stylish and the shower has a window! The host is extremely helpful and warm-welcoming. It was a great pleasure to spend time at this place!

The internet was not working.

Check in was simple and complete. It was wonderful to be on ground level with a spacious room and an excellent shower along with a driveway with an electric gate.

The garden, interesting decor and friendly staff.

The bed was very soft, you fall in :) I guess some people like that. And we were woken up at 6 am because we could hear people stomp around above our heads. otherwise very quiet and nice.

great that we could park behind locked gates, lovely welcome, spacious room, fabulous breakfast in amazing canopy shaded garden setting, and very importantly our dogs were made more than welcome!

This may have been the best place I have every been - and I have been in many places, including high-end hotels. You have the feeling that you are the dearest guest of a lovely family member :) Antonella puts her heart and soul into every little detail: your little private garden, your amazing apartment, with all the details. The breakfast experience is simply amazing..

Antonella was very attentive and extremely friedly. The rooms are decorated with great taste. There is a lovely garden where you can have your food and sit and relax. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Our car was save behind the gate at night. Typical italien breakfast.

Very hospitable and open people, we arrived a little late and they were there to show us to our room. They made breakfast for us which we enjoyed in the garden and even gave us many tips on where to go/eat

The Host was the best in all our 13 stays during this trip through France and Italy , rooms amazing breakfast unbelievable ,variety quantity and service , she was the most amazing host ,and I would stay there always the only problem she only has 2 rooms so book early and do not be disappointed. to miss this lifetime experience . I would like to rate this accommodation at least 12 or 15

The apartament was nice inside. The tree house I would say. Not recommended for person with disabilities, as the stairs are spiral.

Everything was nice, well, we had the breakfast in the garden. We booked the room for one night and we decided to remain for two, as the place was very nice. The big problem appeared when Antoanella called to inform us that we had to leave the apartment because someone booked it. (Practically overbooking). We came back to the property and we found that our stuff had been taken out of our apartment and laid on the floor, in the owner’s main house. The most terrible situation since I travel. Otherwise, Antoanela is a nice host, she is a good person, but this situation ruined our holiday. Thanks God, we found a place where to accommodate for the next night.

Wonderful, tasteful arrangement, quiet room, absolutely friendly and forthcoming personnel - all in all an incredible ambiance!

Everything is really wonderful

The house is located in the village. In very peaceful area. Interior of the room is in unique Italian rustic style. The room is spacious and comfortable. Wifi is reliable. Thank you for the welcome treats. We enjoyed stunning breakfast in the yard with the garden around. The host was available to cook dinner for us. Think you so much for being so welcoming. This is a home stay and it was so sweet that the owners of the house were doing their best to accommodate our requests. For those who love dogs - this place will become even more precious! We will be back.
