The AC is not placed well. Therefor I takes long to cool the room down. I have to say that is was 30 degrees Celsius during the day though.

Very good position ,close to the centre of Pistoia. Rooms very clean and spacious,staff very helfull. Had roomservice made daily.

Quiet location in the heart of the city, freedom to move in and outside the property, neat and nicely decorated room, few minutes walk from the train station, warm and accommodating staff/owner. The only thing I want to suggest is to add a small prepacked milk in the pantry.

Great location, cool space, clean and friendly, extremely good value.

Booked it for a couple of friends Visiting Pistoia. They liked it very much.

1. the value of the coupon is valuable (5 euro). we can order two pieces of bread and one coffee in the bakery nearby. 2. the food in one of the cooperation bakeries called Bar San Vitale was very delicious. 3. the building was equipped with an elevator. 4. the size of the room is very big. 5. the owner tried her best to solve all the problems immediately, with phone calls and texts on What's APP. For example, fixing the broken light bulbs and brought a big ventilator on the next day since the air conditioner was not working properly.

1. check-in: we waiting outside of the building for 40 mins for check-in under the super hot summer weather. I actually texted the owner our arrival time in advance and they promised they will wait for us. However, there were some misunderstood by them so we waited such a long time for just a check-in! it is waste of our time! 2. the attitude of the husband of the ower was super rude! He yelled to us the 2nd time he came to us for fixing some problem. 1st time was the light bulb was not working, he came to fix immaturity which was good. However, the air conditioner is not working properly and he came to us and yelling at us which was very scary during the late evening. 3. the air conditioner was not working properly. the owner kept saying it takes TIME to cool down, because the room is very BIG, however, it took more than 12 hours since we arrived for only decreased 1 degree! the room temperature was almost 26 degrees during the whole time I stayed. The ventilator helped a lot after the owner offered.
