Location was great, close to the pyramids

Some of the staff were rude. Did not like that the AC in some rooms were either not working or not cooling so well. The WiFi connection could be better and faster. WiFi connection was often lost or interrupted and not so fast.

Está en un sector muy feo, si bien estás frente a las pirámides, da miedo salir a la calle solo, de noche ni hablar, creo que el edificio es muy antiguo y le haría bien pintar los muros ya que están sucios. en general está bien pero no es un hotel de alta calidad

C'est un des meilleurs hôtels dans le quartier où l'on peut voir les pyramides. Très bien entretenu, décoré, la chambre est assez grande, dispose d'un frigo et d'une climatisation mais la fenêtre est petite et donne sur un mur. L'exception sont les terrasses qui donnent sur une vue qui fait du bien. Le restaurant est très bon et pour moi idéal car sushi, poissons...et de bons jus de fruit. Vaut mieux réserver sa table le soir. Super petit déjeuner avec vue imprenable.

Il n'y a pas de vue de la chambre. Elle peut être bruyante par les appareils électriques...et les spectacles sonores souvent donnés devant les pyramides. Le quartier est certes touristique mais très populaire, beaucoup de monde, pas évident de se retrouver et de ne pas être ennuyé par des vendeurs ambulants.

La vue incroyable de la terrasse avec les couchers de soleil magiques. La nourriture du restaurant bonne et la grande gentillesse du personnel.

La chambre dite avec fenêtre qui donne sur un mur: en fait cela revient à une chambre sans fenêtre. Donne une impression étouffante et oppressante. Excursions de l hôtel un peu chères.

エジプトのホテルはWi-Fiが弱いと聞いていたがそんなことはなく、たまに接続が悪い時はあったものの、YouTubeなどの動画も難なく見ることができた。 早朝便のため朝7時頃にホテルに着いたが、チェックイン前にも関わらず朝食ビュッフェを食べることができ、追加料金もなくアーリーチェックインも可能でとても助かった。 ホテル側に提案されたツアーに参加したが、お昼を食べるレストラン等こちらの要望を伝えると元々あるものをアレンジしてプライベートツアーを組んでくれ、日本語ガイドさんもとても良い人だった。お土産屋も含め8時間ほどツアーに参加でき特に不満なく終えることができた。 計画停電等もなく、シャワーのお湯が出なくなることなどもなかった。ドライヤーの電圧も強くて使いやすかった。 部屋には水が6本置かれていて、朝食時も1本貰えるため外で買う必要がなくとても便利だった。 またエジプトに来る機会があれば必ず利用したい。 日本人にとてもおすすめのホテル。

泊まる部屋のフロア(2部屋隣くらいの距離感)で工事を行なっていたためドリルの音など日中騒音が気になる時があった。 上のフロアでも同様に工事が行われており、レストランなどもあることから椅子を引く音や「どんっ」という物音が夜になっても続き、気になった。4階の部屋の人は気をつけた方が良い。

Incredible views, great comfortable and spacious rooms. Food was 10/10 which felt rare based on the other hotels we stayed at. Breakfast could have more variety but wouldn’t mark it down.

Номера чистые, просторные, даже не важно, что не было вида на пирамиды из окна, все равно понравилось! Можно было выселиться попозже без доп платы! Персонал очень отзывчивый и не навязчивый! Всем советую

Ну в отеле возможно уже надо подремонтировать что-то, например душ в нашем номере был со сломаным креплением…

Tout était à absolument parfait ! Le lieu incroyable, le restaurant, le personnel, la propreté. Une adresse incroyable à ne surtout pas louper !

The location was superb, facilities were excellent and the staff were amazing! They all went above and beyond and made our stay here special. Everything was fuss free, from transfers to tours, of which the tour guide Mohamed was unbelievable.

Everything. This hotel is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in. The view is amazing, something from another world, the facilities are incredible, you get the “Egyptian” feeling as soon as you walk on that door

Las vistas del restaurante espectaculares...nada como desyunar o cenar en ese sitio. También se puede ver el light show de las pirámides ahí. Los empleados del hotel muy amables y simpáticos, siempre atentos a lo que necesitábamos. En general fue una buena experiencia.

La entrada del hotel no es la más bonita y está en una calle regular pero esto no se puede cambiar. La decoración quizás es un poco exagerada pero en general el hotel en relación calidad precio es inmejorable.

Nos guardaron las maletas durante nuestra excursión en siwa durante 2 días. Fueron muy amables, y tuvieron una buena atención. Las vistas desde las habitaciones merecen la pena, se puede ver hasta el espectáculo de luces desde la terraza.

The only thing I like about the property is that it’s close to the pyramids. The only thing that I liked about staying there was the staff is absolutely fabulous, except for everyone at the front desk with the exception of one very competent person by the name of Santiago. The front desk manager Aladdin doesn’t follow through with anything and I’ve tried to stay there three times because of the location and every time has been a disaster and the last time the worst of all. He sends a nice message and says that he’ll take care of everything and he’s at your service and he’ll have somebody at the airport to pick you up. Well none of that happens! I assure you I’ve been there three times. This last time I arrived at 2:30 in the morning and they were supposed to be a car waiting for me and wasn’t so I had to find my own transportation to the hotel at 2:30 in the morning in Cairo. That is after flying and traveling for 24 hours from the United States. I was told I would be reimbursed for that never was and the room that I was assigned even though I’ve been there several times and had to move time after time after time to find one that’s somewhat decent they assigned me underneath the restaurant. I arrive at 2:30 in the morning went to bed at 3:30 and we’re very loud people next to me that finally checked out at 5 o’clock and then the Restaurant staff was getting ready for breakfast the next morning. I sent specific messages to Aldi in the front  desk manager, and specifically ask him for a nice room as I was bringing my son who’s never been to Egypt before. I should’ve just taken whatever I got because I think he assigned the worst possible when he could find. In 12 hours I switched rooms three times. As I said, the only person that was a attentive was Santiago! I asked for the owner to call me which never happens so I don’t know if the message ever got through or if the owner didn’t care.

I hated everything about the property, except for the staff there, excluding the front desk, staff, and all the rooms as I never got a decent one! The other thing I didn’t like about the property is a danger issue. One of the horrible rooms we had had a bizarre shower. They just spray the entire place in the closet of a bathroom and they had a hairdryer right there where you’d be standing in the water and using the hairdryer. I have to be at trauma , RN I’m surprised people haven’t been electrocuted and killed there! I would never recommend this place never never never.

View was superb, food and service excellent. You can see the lightshow for free from the rooftop.

Laundry service ruined three shirts, I do not recommend this service. Restaurant is dry but you can bring alcohol into the hotel if you want.

Location is perfect, staff was excellent and always helpful and rooftop with a million dollar view!

Food is dissapointing. I had breakfast twice and dinner once and the food was always of low quality. No alcohol. First night at 4 in the morning we had someone that opened our room door while we were sleeping. Quite scary.

I extremely recommend this place as everything was perfect , the service and the staff were great , the view from the rooftop was awesome and we really enjoyed so much using the jacuzzi , thank you for everything.

Great location. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is reasonable. They even send a car to pick us up from the airport. Will recommend to friends who are planning to visit Cairo.

The restaurant manager Ali-Baba was both funny and made sure that our dining experience was the best. The food was much better than I thought it would be during dinner time. The hotel didn't mentioned that the provide free bottled water if you call them on the phone in your room (use option 1), but it was a pleasant surprise to not be working of drinking water. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking.

The breakfast didn't have a lot of options. However, there were both falafel and scrambled eggs you could order in. The worst part of the hotel is the surrounding area. The streets are very filthy with animal droppings everywhere. If you walk the streets, you will get harnessed by people who want to sell you something, and they will not back down without a verbal fight. I do understand that the hotel can not do anything about this situation. However, it made our visit a bit troublesome.

The room was clean and it had a fridge. Bathroom was also a good size. The pyramids were right in our backyard.

Fantastic roof terrace, right in front of the pyramids. Superb breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The whole Hotel is decorated with Egyptian art, feels like being in a museum.
