We loved the facilities and activities There is something to do for each family member adults and kids Very clean and the staff are amazing!!!

The quality of food in the buffet and the fact that you have to make a reservation every time you want to eat in any of the restaurants outside the buffet When we got there, there was bo availability in any of the restaurants except in our third day of stay!!!!

Everything, from restaurants to pools to golf car services. EXCEPT aqua park side hotel

Just DONT book anything with Aqua as it is almost a different hotel not on the beach side and you will have to take a golf car to cross under the street to go to the beach side hotel "where everything is on that side!" unless u have babies "less than 5 yrs" bcuz its totally worthless and waste of money and will make your stay not fully pleasant such as ours..!

Every thing was perfect, we had a minor medical issue and we got an outstanding support from the Rixos Guest Relations personal assistant Mrs. Solhaila, that was beyond our expectations, many thanks !

I Like everything in this resort I spent 4 nights that went very fast. I enjoyed every moment between restaurants, entertainment, landscaping, pools, and accommodations. Staff and guests relation were very professional. Thanks to Rami duty manager and Sohilah from guest relations for their hospitality and responsive.

Iszonyatosan odafigyelnek a vendégekre, minden kényelmet biztosítanak, elektromos autók állnak készenlétben 0-24 órában, mivel a szálloda akkora területen helyezkedik el, hogy a gyaloglás megterhelő lehetne , ha napi szinten többször vissza szeretne menni a vendég a szobájába. Ultra all inc.ellátás valóban magas minőségben! A coctail-ok nem kommersz italokból készülnek, hanem az eredeti magas minőségű alkoholokból, a nem alkoholos coctail-ok magas minőségű frissen facsart gyümölcsökből. A díszítése is kiváló. Az összes étkezés az 5 csillagot megérdemli, minden nap van seefood étel, nagyon finoman készítik el, rákból sem a kicsit adják, hanem a nagyot. 7 különböző étterem van, ahova be lehet jelentkezni akárhányszor a nyaralás alatt. A grillezős étterem csúcs, minden asztalnál van egy grill, ott egy külön ember készíti el a finomságokat. Iszonyatosan figyelnek a higiéniára. Lesik minden vendég kívánságát. Van aquaworld, ami mindennel fel van szerelve. A pipere termékek magas minőségűek, természetesen minden nap cserélik az ágyneműt, törülközőket. Egyszerűen csak jót tudok írni, minden kiváló volt, Biztosan visszamegyünk még. Februárhoz képest 26 fok volt árnyékban, így aki a hőséget nem bírja, simán mehet ilyenkor is.

Overall it was a good stay, the night vibes and the variety of the different restaurants was great.

I was shocked by the quality of the room design and the poor materials used in the bathroom. As for the cleanliness of the housekeeping, it was fine, especially since the smell of the towels was bad and the room service did not match the level of a 5-star hotel.

The feel of luxury plus exceptional service! The food was so tasty aswell. They gave us an upgrade for my husband's birthday and the guest relations staff Sara helped to organise everything. It was a dream hotel! Thank you so much to every single staff member!

I liked there was plenty of stuff in one area .

Our room was old and not 5 star .. I was extremely disappointed as the 3 of us came from jeddah for the weekend to relax as we all work in aviation and had a busy hajj period we could not get in to any of the restaurants on both nights as u had to book 48 hrs notice and this really was bad for us as its our of the reasons I booked rixos .

the staff was rude

Spacious rooms, access to pools everywhere, all inclusive meals, balconies for all rooms but so e rooms are with passage view, shuttle to go around the resort, access to aqua pools inclusive.

Rooms are not well maintained given the priceses, the beach is not for swimming (you have to walk for more than 1 km on shallow water to reach a deep water for swimming), there is nearby sea activites (jetski, boats, parashutes, etc.), loud parties until midnight although it's family oreinted. All the above aside, I had 2 other issues. While booking, I wanted to accomodate my family of 6 and booking.com gave me the most expensive option (2 different family suits). I tried different options and called the hotel and were no help. So I had to prpceed with the booking. When I got to the hotel, I found that 1 suit is enough to accomodate my family and I can add members to the room with feaction of the room cost; which will save me at least $3,500. The hotel management was unable to help me chanhe the booking from the 1st night and I ended up with 2 suits but using only 1. By the way, the suits are also way apart and useless to me. So please take note and book through the hotel right away. Another issue whike leaving thay informed me that there was a broken glass top and charged for it. This is acceptablw only if the rooms were well maintained and clean, not its current conditions.

The place is amazing with the facilities in general.Kids club is taking care of the kids. Variety of food in the place.

The staff are not professional while talking to each other specially if you understand Arabic. This is really made us disappointed. The cleaning staff are not taking full care & they just want to finish the clean work.
