The place is amazing ! Marie is really kind and helpeful. The staff are really nice (specialy Miati and Tahoul !) The hotel has a perfect location in front of sunset. It's quite and very relaxing. We'will be back for sure the sooner possible.

Aircon didnt cool the room enough....guess it was small for the room

The hotel was very nice and clean, we loved the room. The breakfast was simply delicious, the best we had during our trip and the staff was super friendly, especially Yati who helped us with everything we needed, including the cost of the carriage, so that we would pay the real amount and not the extras that were requested.

There are no good restaurants around this area.

The best Part of the Stay was the Manager...Yati is simply the best. She had a solution for everything. Thank you very much. We had a perfekt Vacation in Gili.

Lovely hotel but could do with a freshen up. We stayed in one of the beach huts beside the pool. Yati the manager was sooo welcoming and helpful but unfortunately she wasn't there for the last part of our stay and we didn't really see many staff members except some of the pool/bar guys who couldnt speak much English. The breakfast was lovely and so generous. The pool was nice but would be good to have loungers/beanbags in the pool as it gets soooo hot. Also looks a bit worn/dated in places. Cocktails are nice and probably the best happy hour prices on sunset side. We tried a lot of sunset bars but the view/prices were actually better at the hotel beach so don't waste time going elsewhere! The bikes really need improving or new ones bought, every one we tried was broken or flat in some way, we kept telling them to pump up the tyres and they never did and it's impossible to cycle over sand. So as the week went on there were fewer and fewer usable bikes. The outdoor toilet was lovely but the door doesn't even close properly! So Aircon cool air escaped and bugs got in, that really needs fixing as they are glass rooms so they get so hot. The main door didn't lock very well either. Water and tea/coffee were always available in reception which was a good bonus. Also kettle and fridge in room. Overall would recommend to others but could do with a freshen up in places and new bikes!

The rooms were nice and tidy everything worked really well. bed was comfy and aircon was cold!
