Das ist immer eine tolle Möglichkeit in Hoyerswerda zu übernachten. Ein sauberes, praktisches und wohnliches Appartement. Räumlich großzügig; hervorragende Lage (Zentrum). In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Ein gutes Bett, Ruhe, die Möglichkeit zu arbeiten, oder zu entspannen. Ein zuvorkommendes Personal mit einer Unterkunft, die für den fairen Preis keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr neuwertig und überzeugend. Wenn Lausitz, wenn Hoyerswerda, dann "Am Fließ", also an der Elster, der man zusehen kann und am Balkon auch zuhören kann.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit komfortabler Ausstattung und vom Balkon schöner Blick in den Park und auf die Kirche. Alles ist modern, sehr schick und hochwertig ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war der großzügige Platz in allen Zimmern. Vielleicht das beste Etablissement in Hoyerswerda... Kaffee und Tee gratis, 2 Fernseher, schöne Sitzmöbel, Tische und Schränke reichlich, gutes Licht, nützliche Küchenzeile mit allem Nötigen, großzügiges Bad, gut funktionierende Verschattungen, Parkplätze in direkter Nähe, Innenstadtlage - alles ist super hier. Und das Personal war wirklich super nett.
Hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war wirklich toll und einwandfrei.

Great. Very clean. Nets in the windows. Front window blinds. Air conditioning. Nice and very comfy bathroom with window. Nonfeather bedding.
A beautiful balcony, but the impression was spoiled by the fact that other residents were smoking on the balconies and it was unbearable - we are non-smokers. It would be good if the Hotel banned smoking in the entire building!

Very nice location in the very centre. Clean rooms, balcony to chill on. Spatious and modern.

Very nice and spacious room in a nice location next to a small stream and a park. Parking space is plentiful.
Check-in process could be a little faster. It took 5-10 minutes to fill in all of the required fields in check-in form.

The Location. - it is directly in the city center.The room was clean and cosy.
The bin in the room and the toilet paper are not changed automatically and there is no visible container for the waste nearby.
People working in services (restaurants, receptions,…) usually do not speak english in this area.

Bed with separate mattresses, reception isn´t in same building - better have info on door maybe ?

Clean and nice place, good breakfast, hospitality of staff, private parking.

The location is great with many shops around and restaurant. Breakfast is excellent and the private parking is really in front of the facility.

Clean, spacious, air-conditioned apartments in quiet surroundings. Optional breakfasts in the hotel right across the street. 5 minute on foot to nearest grocery shops (Rewe,...).
