I loved the location, right in the hub on Haeundae. Opposite a night market and a few minutes walk to the beach. as a result, a little street noise at times, but this was to be expected.

It was nice that Haeundae Beach was close and I could enjoy both the subway and restaurants.

Parking is limited as the hotel is in the city center.

Location is excellent - about 2 mins walk to Haeundae Beach, 5 minutes to Haeundae Station. Haeundae night market is just opposite the hotel which is amazing!!! Love our stay!! We’ll be back stay at Best Western Haeundae Beach again

Location is strategic and near the Busan beautiful beach. Easy access to the nearest eateries places.

The location is great and the room has a nice view of the food market and the ocean (although you can only see the ocean from one window)

The shower took a long time to warm up and was somewhat lacking in water pressure the first time I showered. However, it was fine the second time as I let the water run for a good 5 - 10 mins before showering. The duvet cover also had tiny holes in it, maybe from ironing it?

The location was close by Haeundae beach. Staff were friendly.

Soundproofing is one of the worst at any hotel I have stayed. We were kept up all night from talking and music next door. While this was partially due to next door being loud but it was scary how clearly we could hear what was being talked about through the walls and closed windows. I would not recommend this place for families, especially avoid rooms with verandahs as windows are especially bad at blocking noises. The room was also worn down a lot.

Located on Haeundae Main Street with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. 5 to 10 minutes walk from Haeundae subway station exit 5. Stone throw from Haeundae beach.

Unit heater is too hot and dry, but can’t turn it off because it will be too cold. Double bed is small, probably about 1.3 meter width, which is a bit tight for two person. Be aware that in Korean-style suite, the mattress and pillow is typical Korean style, thin and hard; may not be comfortable for those not use to sleep on floor. Only 2 mugs are provided in a 4-pax suite. When asked for more, they said they have no more mug but only paper cup. They also charge more if you ask for extra duvet, which I think is a bit unreasonable. The front desk staff also not consistent in service; one told us there is a water dispenser on 2/f to refill water, but another one said No water dispenser.
