Very clean Staff friendly

The room was very small and had no cups/ glasses

Almost everything from the location being central London and very easy to locate. The lighting is superb, the shower and decor is top notch. The room smells amazing and divine. Toiletries and towel were provided and the staff members are lovely and very welcoming. The mirrors are nice and the beddings are very clean. The curtains keep the sun out and I stayed in the Queen room with windows. The hotel also provides you with a great skincare gift.

The bed is too close to the television.

It was clean and in a quieter area

It was very cramped and there was little to no storage space. The bed was also quite uncomfortable and my mum struggled to get settled.

Everything. We were so happy with the whole lot, it was central to where we needed to be and also central to everything touristy, the staff were fantastic and beyond helpful and the room was just perfect for what we needed.

Good location

NO WHERE on the polices for Booking . Com does it say you can not leave an under 18 in the building any where at any time. I have read the policies for booking . Com and it does not say it. I could not stay the night as I had arrangements to meet my friends and could not take my 17 year old with me (who is almost 18). So I lost my money and had to pay for a new place to stay as they won't refund me. Absolute waste of time and money.

check out was early 10 am A/C and heat was locked at 19 very thin walls, you can hear everything in the halls

Exceeded our expectations given the price point. Rooms were nearly fitted to maximise bed space, very clean and we were warmly welcomed by staff.

If the gave you a kettle, it'd be worth an extra star. Suited us perfectly, so we booked it again :)

it smelled horrible, we couldn’t stand being in the room because of the stench. We paid for two beds and got a room with one bed.

The room was very damp, water running down the inside of window, windowsill had green growth on it and even the bedding felt damp

Good location.

TV froze. Wouldn't work.. Bed was uncomfortable and only one pillow each. I needed a good night's sleep as was having an eye operation at moorfields. We stayed so we'd be close. I didn't get that good sleep. Which was a shame.
