Truly heritage place.great interior and neat and tidy rooms.we were delighted by warm welcome with flowers showering on us . hospitality at its best .after a long time ,I visited jaiselmer n enjoyed the stay here .will recommend this place for stay

Excellent staff, 10/10 would recommend. Hotel looks very aesthetic and is very beautiful. Service is one of the best we have experienced and staff treats you just like family. Do have a visit, you won't regret.

The staff appeared very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.

***The fact that they asked for my booking pin and somehow hacked into my account and left themselves a review. Not cool at all! And the sad thing is this completely ruined our whole experience with them. We were already going to leave a pretty good review because we were Happy with our room and accommodations but to then be deceived in this manner was a completely violation and they should not be allowed to continue to be on booking.com's platform. So please know that most of the 10 and 9 score reviews they wrote themselves. -they also need better shower heaters so the warm water can last longer than a few minutes and perhaps post some instructions on how to operate it and understand it.

Our stay in this hotel was extremly comfortable and one of the best stays by far in India, which we experienced here.It made our entire Rajasthan Journey a memorable one. There food is also exceptionally good. There hospitality is par excellence.In true sense they treat guests as 'Atithi Deva bhawa'. We are surely going to visit Jaisalmer and stay in the same property. The prices of food, stay is very reasonable, the staff has it's own charm. If you happen to stay here, please tip them generously as during your entire stay they'll surely win your heart! great transportation for fort local market etc. The tents were ideally located away from the main road, were super clean and aesthetically decorated. The food quality was great too- very simple homely food just as we wanted. Everything from jeep safari, camel safari to cultural program was very well organized. Will gladly choose them again in the future.

Had booked this hotel purely on instincts and was extremely happy to have done so. Hotel Heritage House is a beautiful place amazing beauty and culture of Jaisalmer, added to that was the unbelievable hospitality of the young staff and the personal interest of the founder of the place in the care of the guests, which made our 3 days long stay a dream realized. The food is great and despite a fixed menu for the breakfast, the hotel was always willing to provide even unlisted menu. Such is the amazing level of hospitality.

Heritage House is a wonderful hotel well located . The area is very quiet and just 10 min walking far from the fort and market . The rooms are very clean and luxurious. The rooftop offer a beautifull sunset view, a nice place to chill for day time, and a quiet night for looking at the stars. What can I say about the staff ? Helpfull nice and smily faces. I was first travelling by myself and I felt very welcome and very safe. I had just good feelings with everyone there, they just try to do the best for people feel comfortable. The kitchen is fresh ( they also use clean water for cooking ) and so good. The chef cooker is really professional for Indian and rajasthani food. You must try some differents rajhatani meals... very tasty ! Just feel like home with amazing people. Thanks a lot . Read less

Feeling like My second Home Amazing Hospitality.

We had a lovely time during our stay. Rooms were clean & quite large with an old world charm. The courtyard & corridors were well decorated haveli style. Food was very tasty & good quality wise. Room service was very prompt and best part of our stay was the hospitality we experienced. The owner Dil Khan went out of his way to help us out with whatever needs we had. Would highly recommend this property, we found the hospitality much better than any other hotel we had stayed yet.

We loved our stay at Hotel Heritage House. We arrived at short notice having left somewhere else due to having a terrible room. The staff welcomed us, with four lovely men helping to take our bags and paying for our tuktuk. We were offered complimentary tea and bottled water (suitable for Europeans) throughout our stay (the tea was delicious). The staff doted on us and we loved them! The room was big and clean, nicely decorated. We ate dinner at the hotel twice and it was lovely. Also the pancakes for breakfast were delicious! Also they let us rest in the foyer with blankets when we had a train at 3am and nowhere to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

All was good, only thing was we could not get the water hot, but it was warm so easy enough to shower.

It was probably the best stay we had in Rajasthan. They have the best hospitality and food in Jaisalmer. We loved the room décor and hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant setting was superb. It's definitely a must stay place in a budget price.

Good facilities and ambience. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Best part of the stay are the rooms which are designed very elegantly and makes you feel at home and royal as well. Definitely recommended 👌.

location is very far from city centre, road was full of cowdumps and its smell wifi was not up to the mark, speed was in kbs. my mobile internet was better. not worth the amount I paid

The Property is really very beautiful, The manager of this hotel Mr, Daud is so helpful and nice as he treats you like a family member. Also the entire staff of this hotel will give you 200% from there work. Really very amazing place to live in Jaisalmer city. Hotel, Rooms, Location, Food, staff everything is perfect. I would recommend, do visit this hotel to stay if you are planning for Jaisalmer.
