no window in the bedrooms, moskitos, the house is terrible, the bathroom and the matraces is uncomfortable

The value and location is good. you can see the sunset and take black sea view. The owner good to support and fast respond.

The inside building look old and so scary

Location of Magnolia was exactly as I was expecting - I've been staying earlier in the same complex. The apartment is ,located at 7th floor which is actually perfect - if you want to see the beach. The highest floor is 12th and from there you can see far (behind) the horizon, but not really the beach. The apartment is facing up the seaside, nice and quiet. Only "disturbance" is sea waves hitting to the shore :) The apartment itself is very nicely renovated, furniture's are up-to-date and if you're interested for self-catering, kitchen utensils are on good satisfactory level. Oven is missing but microwave is there. Parking is well available at the street. Large supermarket in Batumi Mall is near by. Some small market are on the ground level in a same building. I'm looking forward to stay in this apartment again!

The location and the view to the sea were great. the doorman who recived us was friendly and understanding.

The building is extremely old and ugly. the pictures do not correspond to reality. The beds are not very confortable and the checking time is not as flexible as it says here, we had to wait for hours outside until we could enter but only gave us 30 min to leave.

It doesn't happen too often that a place looks and feels better than on the pictures. This place does. Great view, location, modern, clean and cosy.
