The room is spacious. The staff are friendly. The counter is quick to address concerns.

The noisy environment. I can hear sounds of vehicles all night long. I can also smells cigarettes at the lobby and elevator.

It’s close to the bus terminal. You can store your luggage during the day. Staff is friendly.

No windows in the room, therefore very bad air despite the AC.

Bad location, no restaurants near the area just 2-3 fast food places, pretty dangerous and dirty area. There’s a Karaoke in front of the hotel and an events room on the same building, u can hear both all night (and I was on a no window room so imagine). I won’t stay here again, there’s many better options in Manila for the same price
