everything is good about staff at front deck, staff at pool and at sand that including the guard, room is good clean everywhere with good view.
I have bad experience with staff at car park due to it has raining and I stop car at outside of the building, I go with mom (70 yrs),younger sister and my daughter(8 yrs).I ask for electic car with staff at small box of exit way and he told me like wait moment,when car come the seat is available for 2 person only.I told my mom,sister and my daughter go first and then I slowly walk with raining without umbrella and without word from the staff like " wait moment I will call another car come or please wait moment driver will come back again".Both of staff at car park and driver doesn't said anything like them ignored me " up to you ".I don't want to said like they would like to serve foreigners only. Everything and everywhere at hotel is verygood except 2 staffs that make me to bad experience and doesn't want to go back again and doesn't tell another go to here!!!

Space and activities for kids including swimming pool, playground, lawn, beach and beach activities. They sent my lost belongings to my place for free.

I've got free room upgrade to Family Seaview and the room really nice for the family. The location is good, very short walk to the beach. Breakfast was nice and perfect steaks at T55 restaurant.

The grill restaurant is great, excellent food and good service. The wahyu steak was very good indeed.
We went to the executive club lounge to have business discussion, was surprised with many families with young children there. Executive lounge should be quiet and premium but the many children makes it like a playground. Too noisy for business n leisure.

Place is comfy especially for my daughters.
WIFI INTERNET coverage was not good in room.
Although food was good, its the same everyday (breakfast).

breakfast was good with many choices. The air-con was cool and comfortable. It was a long weekend so there were a lot of local families.

View from the room
Noise near the pool, VERY HIGH PRICE FROM BOOKING.COM for such hotel in Pattaya, we will not recommand booking.com to our friends. We will avoid using it from now on. The hotel staff was very surprised about the price booking.com offered to us. It was too late to cancel as we had commitment. Very bad experience for us. We could not enjoy our stay there.

Amazing view from the balcony. Nice place. The general atmosphere is wonderful. Good location.
Very slow check in and check out. There is clearly not enough staff. And they work slowly. For a hotel of this level, this is a clear minus.

The infrastructure and the people are amazing.
The location, is quite far from any place for shopping, if the hotel supplies a shuttle service to a shopping area once a day would be helpful.

Lovely clean pool, with great facilities. Nice beach and quiet clean water. Excellent breakfast, with a lot of choices. Chocolate hour was great.
Pillows were not great and check in was unnecessarily slow.

The ocean view from my 33rd floor room was amazing. Room was large with a very comfortable bed and I love the giant bathtub. Also the western restaurant T55 serves amazing food, especially the steaks. Beeakfast was good too, with it’s egg station and buffet spread.
