Vieni a provare tutto ciò che Bend ha da offrire dalla nostra bella casa situata adiacente al McKay Park sul fiume Deschutes.
Parcheggia la macchina e cammina ovunque! I negozi e il cinema Old Mill, i grandi ristoranti, i concerti all'Anfiteatro, il centro storico, il nuovo padiglione di pattinaggio su ghiaccio / sport e i tour della fabbrica di birra sono tutti a pochi passi.
Due biciclette e un tandem sono forniti per il vostro divertimento, nonché sedie a sdraio e bocce da portare al parco. Prendi i tuoi kayak o SUP e vai al fiume per una pagaia!
Goditi un barbecue o un caffè mattutino sul ponte o cammina per una varietà di ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Anche lungo questo disco si trova il Virginia Meissner SnoPark, a soli 14 miglia a ovest di Bend, con oltre 40 km di piste battute per lo sci di fondo e le racchette da neve.

We had an amazing week at the property. This is the ideal, most central location for river access, access to the Deschutes River trail system, the amphitheater (we saw a DMB concert), restaurants and downtown. The home was bright, comfy and well-equipped, the big garage was great for our paddleboards, floaties and car (which we barely used except to go hike in the mountains). Bikes to borrow were a bonus. Can't wait to come back!

This is an OK house in a great location. If you want a fancy place this isn’t it. But if you want a good location at a good price then this works. We loved the ability to walk to the Old Mill, downtown Bend and the nearby drop zone for floats and SUP.
Pros: Love the location. Bedrooms are good size along with accompanying bathrooms and closets. Two car garage, we had one car and could leave our floats, SUP and kayak in second bay. Living room, kitchen, dining area are good size.
Cons: Exterior needs a scrubbing - lots of leaves, cobwebs, etc. Balcony is small and needs a new paint job but facing river. Carpet on stairs is old and matted and holds a wet dog smell, I assume the owner has some large dogs or previous visitors but it’s baked into the carpet.
We would stay here again as for us the positives outweigh the minor negatives.

We found this place and booked it. Shortly before our trip, we got an email providing us instructions. A few days before, we got another email on how to get in. I had a question and texted Jennifer and she responded quickly! The house was in a great location and close to alot of things. What a great place!

This rental is a total gem! The location couldn’t be more perfect. We took walks on the river every day. Centrally located to stores and restaurants. The rental was very clean, well stocked and the furniture is quite comfortable. We have stayed many places in Bend and this is the one will continue to stay at in the future. Thanks again!

The location was perfect! The home was clean, comfortable and had every amenity possible including 4 bikes. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The home was walking distance to the Old Mill District and close to downtown. The property manager was easy to contact and addressed all our needs. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for my daughter and me and our partners. Each bedroom was large and had its own bathroom and being in separate floors afforded ample privacy. The kitchen was roomy and well appointed, although we didn’t cook much. It was close to the river, which made for active foot traffic, but it died down after dusk.

House was very clean when we arrived. Able to walk to river, Old Mill District and Safeway. The use of bikes is also a nice bonus. Would not hesitate to stay at this house again.

The location is convenient to restaurants and activities. Great walking path very close along the river! Enjoyed the layout of the house with the spacious great room upstairs. We were there in winter and think that summer would be amazing in this location.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood overseeing the river and yet walkable to downtown and restaurants nearby. House is very well kept with clean, adequate supplies. Host is responsive and provides useful information around the house. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

We really enjoyed being able to walk to the river and bike paths. We saw a concert and was able to walk to the theater which was easy. Having the garage space to store our E bikes was really nice because they were secure.

Great property near the river. Loved having the bikes to ride along the river and over to the Old Mill district. My family had a fun vacation and would definitely want to stay here again!

We rented this place for a weekend. Had tickets to a show at the amphitheater and it was just a short walk there. All the furniture is very comfortable and two en-suite bathrooms are very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home, amazing location
The house has everything you need and the location is second to none! If you like to be close to the river for water sports, close to shopping, close to restaurants, close to breweries… than this is the spot. We have stayed here before and most definitely will be back.

River View House
Property on the Deschutes river is fabulous and clean. Great location for hiking, biking and water activities. Was perfect for two couples. Jennifer with easy to deal with and was able to meet our needs.
Would love to stay at this house again.

This is an excellent location (near Deschutes River, Downtown & Old Mill District). Very clean home with plenty of space and amenities. Very nice with a lot of natural light. Great kitchen/family room area with a deck (views). Large 2-car garage. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this home!

Another great stay at River West
Second year we rented and River West is definitely becoming a yearly family trip. Our kids can’t say enough about how much they love the location and us adults can’t complain either! House has everything you’d need, and Jennifer is a great host.

Great house in a convenient and quiet location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and was very comfortable. All the rooms including the bathrooms and closets were very spacious. The deck has a nice view of the river as well.

Fantastic location!
This is a wonderful property. Nice big living space and kitchen to cook in, hang out, watch the river flow by. The bedrooms were comfortable with spacious en suite bathrooms. We walked all over the neighborhood and downtown. We will definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful Location & Home
We had a wonderful time staying at this house in Bend. It is steps away from the river and an easy location to walk/bike to many places nearby. Would happily stay here again. Excellent communication with the owners, as well.

Amazing Property, Fabulous Location!
We loved everything about the house, it was clean and felt very comfortable for 3 friends to spend multiple days. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and felt safe. It was great to be able to walk to the amphitheater and not deal with trying to park or get a Lyft. Jennifer is a great communicator and very responsive. We just got home today and can't wait to go back!

Great Location
Wonderful experience and the owner Jennifer was terrific to work with and responded to our questions and concerns immediately. The property is a large hint with an incredible balcony facing out to the river. It was shade from the sun in the afternoon and large enough for the 4 of us to enjoy time out there together. The home was generally very well stocked with everything we needed. 4 adults stayed there for 2 weeks so we had to ask Jennifer for more supplies which she promptly got for us. One thing for renters to note is the second bedroom is downstairs and there are 2 small flights of stairs to walk up to get to the main floor and kitchen. The one complaint we have is that the dryer is old and while it works for light clothes it struggles to dry towels and heavier clothes. Probably should be replaced by end of year, But not a real problem if you stay only one week. We completely recommend this house if you visit Bend as it is right near best part of river and walking distance to downtown and Old Mill district

Another fabulous stay at River West
This was our second stay at River West and it did not dissapoint! We arrived during a Pacific NW heatwave (108 F! 106 F!) and were so pleased with the wonderful AC - what a lifesaver. And the convenience of easy access to the river for tubing to beat the heat was a huge plus. The house is so well stocked and comfortable; we had everything we needed. We'll be back again!

Great location, perfect house, wonderful host
The location couldn’t be any closer to being in the middle of everything a family would want to do—from floating on the lake, bike riding and walking to dining—no need to drive anywhere! The house is cozy and well supplied…host was very responsive and accommodating. We will be coming back!
