We've stayed here twice now and its a wonderful home. Just a few houses away from the beach and abouy 10min drive from downtown st augustine. This house gives you a glimpse into what it would be like to live at the beach. 10/10 recommended

Very nice cottage. Decorated with love. Has everything you need for vacation. Very clean. Less than 2 minutes to the beach.

This was the first time we ever rented a house on the beach. We go to St Augustine Beach all the time for 3 and 4 day weekends so this time we decided on a house Rental and not a hotel. Good decision. The Sunburst Cottage is old and nothing fancy but it is clean,modern and in a perfect location. It is a 3 minute walk down to the beach without having to cross a highway. The cottage had smart TV's, internet, modern appliances and no carpet which made it very easy to vacuum. We walked to a number of nearby businesses and some of the nearby seafood restaurants were incredibly delicious. If you're into ice cream and sweets you'll be be quite happy here. Also, there is a Publix grocery store just down the street. The garage has a washer n dryer, bicycles, beach umbrella, beach cart and a small bathroom in there. Also, next to the hot tub is an enclosed wooden shower stall which we used to bathe the dog and then us! The Sunburst and the beach are both pet friendly and our 75 pound Goldendoodle was in heaven. There are "poop" bags conveniently located at the beach entrance so there is NO excuse to clean up after your dog. DON'T ruin for others. It was just my wife and I and this but next time we want to go again with our grandchildren. There is plenty of room for several guests. We appreciated the outdoor picnic table with shaded umbrella and we absolutely loved the hot tub which worked perfectly. We didn't use it this time but next time we'll be using the outdoor grill.

We rented this property for a week and the first thing we noticed was how spacious the house was compared to the photos. The kitchen is roomy, with updated appliances and modern decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs. The couches and beds were all extremely comfortable. The daybed in the sunroom was really nice to lounge on during afternoon storms. The back deck with privacy wall was a nice gem and the outdoor shower with hot/cold water was a great benefit. We took full advantage of the hot tub and loved that the ocean was only a 30second walk away. This house was nestled perfectly in Anastasia island and only a short drive to the lighthouse and historic downtown st Augustine. I love that we were able to bring our dog and we hope to stay here again and bring friends and family so they can experience all that this house and st Augustine have to offer. Michael was a phenomenal host and answered any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

This cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed vacation! Really enjoyed the hot tub! Great for pets too! Loved the privacy of the back patio. I would definitely recommend!

The Sunburst Cottage was excellent. The close location to the beach was perfect for me and my wife and our dog. You will find everything you need at the Sunburst. Michael is a pleasure to work with. We look forward to staying here on our next trip to St. Augustine.

We love coming to St Augustine as often as we can and have stayed at several places, this home was great. We were able to bring our dog, who loves to go on vacation. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and close enough to the pier to walk to for the market on Wednesday. Michael was easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. Great beach house exactly as advertised. Nice extra touches like a wagon for hauling stuff to the beach. House was well furnished and comfortable. Host was non-intrusive.

Our group of 4 adults (plus a dog!) very much enjoyed our stay at Sunburst Cottage! The cottage is older, but well kept and the location couldn't be more ideal. It's walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants, as well as a short 1 minute walk to the sand. The outdoor shower and half bath in the garage were nice to have in addition to the full bath inside. Very pet friendly area as well, which was a plus for our group. Would definitely stay again!

We've been visiting St Augustine Beach for 12 years, this is the first time we rented a house. We couldn't be more happy with our choice. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, & more restaurants then I can name. The Pink house is clean, comfortable, and perfectly inviting. They provide all the comforts of home plus some extra perks such as the hot tub, outdoor shower, private side deck, outdoor grill and so much more. I found myself truly relaxed and I even read a couple of the books they had available.

Great Location, just off A1A and close to a variety of nice restaurants and stores. The beach is a short walk just over the dune. Perfect!

This home is cozy and the perfect location to explore the St. Augustine area. The hosts were great with communication. Make sure to walk to the pier for the Wednesday farmers market! Wonderful selection of fresh bread, empanadas, fruits and vegetables. We love walking to dinner along the beach to several locations.

Loaded with amenities, including hot tub, walled patio with grill and outside furniture, big screen TVs in 3 rooms, fully equipped updated kitchen, garage, easy maintenance, and pet friendly! Spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Close to a beautiful beach and local attractions. Just as listed and more!

This is the second time our family has rented this property. It is short walk to the beach and many local eateries. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you need. The hot tub is great for relaxing on those cool evenings. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great house for family. This was my third rental of the pink house. I live on the island now and love this location. House is great for kids, couples, extended family.

We had a great and relaxing stay at Sunburst Cottage. It's clean, very nicely decorated, and very comfortable. You just feel at home right away. We loved the outdoor deck with the hot tub and shower. The location, steps away from the beach, is just perfect.

Enjoyed a great week of relaxing & also sightseeing activities. Much needed week off!👍🏾

My husband and I, along with our dog, enjoyed our two week stay. The house was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we might need. Quick walk to the beach. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water is a plus! Check-in was a breeze and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had before arrival. We are already planning our next stay!

Not a 4 star hotel but has everything you could need. Convenient to everything.

This house was perfect for our family of 3. 330 steps to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Definitely take the stroll to Island Donuts. Michael was great to work with. It was the most well stocked house I've stayed in. Would definitely stay again!

House was immaculate. Stocked with everything we needed for a week. Quick walk to the beach. The boys enjoyed the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. Communication with owners was very quick. Wonderful family vacation!
