location, décor and layout of apartment plus pillows!

Kitchen needed corkscrew, wine glasses & kettle and more coffee pods.

The position of the appartment is in the historycal center of the city, the place was very very clean and the host was very helpful & accomodating. I would absolutely go back again.

There is a small restaurant right downstairs, wich makes it a little noisy in the evening, but that is not the host's fault and our toddler was able to sleep just fine.

Lovely apartment in a great location in old town. The apartment has plenty of room and all amenities needed were included. The air conditioning and wifi worked really well and the host was very responsive and worked hard to ensure our stay was perfect.

I loved my stay at Gadir Centro! First of all the apartment has beautiful features is modern and bright, new and nicely decorated - just like in the photos or better. It definitely has a luxurious feel. The layout allows walking all around the place. The bed and cushions are very comfortable, everything is very clean, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Huge and thick towels. The app allows an easy check in. The place is light but there is no direct sun which is great - it is not too hot You will feel great in this apartment unless you are a light sleeper. The noises from the street are at times intense- shops closing, garbage trucks, street cleaners, noise from the restaurants and passers by. Especially at weekends and on Sun/Mon night. Having said that: I am usually easily woken up and find it hard to go back to sleep but the apartment compensated that inconvenience to me. I would return with pleasure, it was money well spent.

You can enter the hall with a code by the room only with the app. I would enable the guests a free use of chargers in the hall, just in case their phones die during the sightseeing.

Very noisy location as the apartment is on a busy shopping street. There was no cleaning services for the four nights that I stayed there. No air conditioning, and new insect bites every night.

Location in bustling old town, close to beach. Cinema, shops, bars and restaurants. Flat facilities were good - big fridge freezer, micro, kettle, coffee maker, 2 ring hob and Daewoo washing machine. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

TV reception in and out limited channels and lots of noisy people at various times during the night.

addition of a smart tv would be the icing on the cake, however obviously no one’s there to watch tv!

continuous construction work to next building cement mixer, drilling. started at 8 am bins emptied at 11pm at night street cleaner machine at 5.30 am on our last morning some other residents came back to apartment at 7am and were talking very loudly for a long time. bad smell in lift & bathroom unable to sleep for 4 nights

this large apartment was easy to find, newly renovated and tastefully decorated, lots of natural light, a queen-sized bed with excellent linens, pillows and a duvet (plus bedding for the fold down bed which I didn’t use). the heater worked well. I didn’t use the kitchen except for breakfast but it was well equipped and the appliances were new snd there was plenty of counter space for food prep. Lots of hot water and a modern shower stall. I didn’t see it described as such in booking.com, but good to note that an open plan and interior doors and particularly the shower and the toilet have been fitted for wheelchair accessibility; there is even a shower stall stool.

The first floor apartment I stayed in looked down on to a (mostly)pedestrian street. I was surprised how much the sound of loud voices of people walking by and talking in the shops carried up to the apartment. Fortunately, after stores closed, the noise reduced but especially on weekends I could hear loud voices into the night. It rained quite a lot during my stay and that, too, was really noisy, as rain hit the flat roof covering the cute little enclosed balcony that extends from the apartment (though I could tell from the outside that some of the balconies in the building were constructed differently from mine; perhaps these wouldn’t be as loud in the rain). The worst problem, however, with the unit is constant pipe drain smell emanating from the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom door closed (and often with the bathroom fan on to see if that would help) but even with the door closed the smell was pretty bad. Perhaps not properly vented when the building was renovated? i thought I’d get used to it but I didn’t and that’s why I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment is right in the city center, in the pedestrian area. The way the space is used for a small apartment is pretty impressive and it's also modern and cozy. There's also a generous rooftop terrace and the hosts were very helpful with everything.
