La cerradura no funcionó, el lavarropas ,colchones malos vencidos , la entrega de llaves fue difícil , nos pidieron contactar con alguien que nunca atendió el teléfono fuimos igual al depto y apareció una persona que “le estaba haciendo el favor “ a la persona que tenía que entregarnos el depto , no tuvimos explicación del piso y de la zona …. Bastante mala la experiencia aunque Barcelona supera cualquier mal servicio

Está bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando llegas al centro, hay lugares para comer y comprar alimentos.El departamento nos gustó mucho,es amplio, la calefacción funciona perfecto, está limpio y la decoración es simple pero bonita.

En las noches se escuchaba el ruido de los vecinos, la ducha no drenaba del todo bien y el agua mojaba el suelo, nada grave en todo caso.

La ubicación es excelente, además es un apartamento amplio y confortable.

Podría mejorarse la ducha que derrama agua, pero más nada. Todo es excelente.

They say there is wifi access at this property but it does not work. You can login. But it never brings up any data. Very disappointing if you're relying on that.

Great location, pleased to find a small elevator given we were on the third floor. Spacious, bright apartment, relatively comfortable beds, comply sofa, good size dining table, well equipped kitchen, clean. Close to local eateries and small convenience stores to buy provisions, close to bus stops and only a 5–10 minute walk away to nearest Metro station.

Bathroom basic and needed updating with a shower which left water all over the bathroom floor, sinks didn’t drain. Kitchen sinks didn’t have plug which made washing up difficult. Very poor soundproofing in the flat (not owner’s fault), so on the first night exposed to loud rap music until very late and next door neighbour’s phone call (in English) all about his holiday arrangements – I could even tell where he was going and what time he was arriving but thankfully he left the next day so it was quiet after that. Not impressed by response from owner about Wi-Fi. Partner and two adult sons, well used to connecting to Wi-Fi, couldn’t get it to work. I was told by the lad who checked us in to call if we have any problems and I did within 30 minutes of checking in. Response came several hours later telling me to turn on and off again which we had done. Contacted him again and had a message sent back to me on Sunday to say that it was a bank holiday so there would be no response and then I didn’t hear anything again until 13:50 on the Tuesday, basically telling me to check the password on the modem. We were leaving the next day so that was annoying. Password wasn’t the problem, just very poor/weak connection. TV box didn’t work. Thankfully, we had brought a laptop with downloaded films, so were able to plug in with our own connections. If you have children, particularly teenagers, it might be worth bearing this issue in mind.

Nice very long (and narrow) apartment with all the bedrooms located toward the inner yard so it was quite calm during night. There is a dish washer.

We were a bit short on cutlery (teaspoons) and also glasses and breakfast bowls. The water boiler was broken. My bed was too hard (according to me) and my boys had to share a quite narrow double bed and duvet (there was no extra bed linen so they could sleep in separate beds, although there was a separate bed under the single bed).

no hand soap, ran out of toilet paper, left stink in bathroom wouldn’t drain, shower will flood floor no lip to hold water in, walls are dirty but plenty of room to spend time.
