Pent beliggende i rismarkene, litt utenfor allfarvei, men det er også noe av det fine ved stedet. Lekre og luftige leiligheter. God frokost på hyggelig spisested. Utrolig service innstilt personale og aldri noen problemer.

Det ligger midt i rismarkene og vårt hus lå ved siden av en gård. Denne gården hadde mange haner og høner som gjør det de er kjent for, så smart med et par ørepropper. I vårt hus hadde mange av lyspærene sluknet, så litt dårlig belysning. Ellers alt bra!

No cars can go to the hotel , only motor bikes. Although it’s fun however you have to walk until you reach the pickup point

We loved our stay @ Masia Villa Ubud. Nestled amongst the rice fields, it had an awesome charm to it. The rooms were clean and the pool Villa was quite spacious. The Ganesha Idol at the entrance was really beautiful, adding to the welcoming aura of the location.

Expected to have a bit more food options. But over all it was still good.

Niet bereikbaar met de auto, maar je wordt vanaf een locatie opgehaald in Ubud met de scooter en naar het hotel gebracht en ook weer terug.

Overall it's a good place to stay away from the hustle and noise of Ubud. Beautiful countryside, very calm, it takes 15 minutes from Ubud central to walk here or the hotel provides a free bike taxi ride one can use. The staff in the hotel are friendly and nice, like most locals in Bali 🙂

Facilities are a bit old, especially the bed sheets. The fridge made loud noises and in the end I had to unplug it to be able to fall asleep. Also there is only one bottle of either soap or shampoo in the shower area 😅 I used it as soap so had to buy shampoo, not a huge deal but having a shampoo and a conditioner would be nice.

The location is quite nice, which is surrounded by the nature and you can easily hear birds/chickens/cicadas’ sound. The environment makes you feel relaxing and super peaceful! Specially you can shower/ take a bath during the nights and enjoyed seeing stars on the sky. Additionally, the staff there are super friendly. They always give you a big smile everyday and give you a free ride to the parking lot :) Last but not least, there is a cute cat who sometimes would wait for you outside your door and chill on the chair☺️

De locatie is werkelijk prachtig. Net als het zwembad, de huisjes op het eerste gezicht. We werden vriendelijk verwelkomd. Helaas vond ik het bed niet prettig. Het kraakt aan alle kanten en ik werd meerdere keren per nacht wakker van pijn in mn rug door het matras en geluid van het gekraak. Buitendouche vond ik erg leuk, badkap zag er smoezelig uit. Is natuurlijk ook lastig om netjes te houden door de weersomstandigheden en blootstelling buiten. Ook bladerde het pleisterwerk van de muren en zag je lelijke plekken. Ik hecht daar niet veel waarde, maar het is niet wat ik had uitgekozen op basis van de foto’s. In vorige reviews had ik gelezen dat het ontbijt niet veel voorstelt en dat ze geen lunch en diner aanbieden. Dit hebben ze wel veranderd. Persoonlijk eten wij liever buiten het verblijf. Maar in sommige omstandigheden is het natuurlijk fijn dat de optie bestaat. Meerdere ontbijt keuzes op het menu. Was gewoon prima. Avondeten vonden we niet zo geslaagd. Maar wederom, fijn dat de optie er is! Redelijk vriendelijk personeel. 24uur scooterservice is top Al met al een prima ervaring voor 2 nachten gehad. Dat was ook prima. Langer had ik niet willen blijven. Voornamelijk vanwege het bed

It was very spacious with new view. Villa provides free ride from central ubud to villa which only takes 3min each time. It was also an easy walk back to the villa if you prefer to enjoy the scenery along the way.

It could take a bit longer to check in/ check out if you have multiple larger luggage’s since the staff need to make more trips to transfer everything. So travel light in this location is recommended

It was very quiet and peaceful. A lovely rice field view all around. The scooter service onto the Main Street at any time was exllent.

Il faut être prévenu : 15 mn de marche ( voiture impossible) ou scooter ( l hôtel vous véhicule du parking à l hôtel) autre détail important nous sommes à la campagne entouré de paysans et de …coqs! Un peu bruyant le matin mais c est mieux que les voitures

Staff is nice. Checking experience was very smooth and the lady at the reception is very kind. Location is very good for relaxing from the busy Ubud. Room was clean. Coffee was good. Bucolic bath also good. Quite at night. The garden around the complex is very well maintained and beautiful. Internet was good.

The location is only good if you rent a scooter.There is a lot of humidity in the room which damaged the walls and permeated to the sheets. The swimming pool needs some maintainance (Beautiful in the pictures but muddy around the perimeter).A water boiler was missing in the room.

Вилла очень хорошая, находится рядом с рисовыми полями, в тишине, уюте и очень близко к природе. Кому-то не нравятся маленькие муравьи или другая живность, но это не минус, а плюс, в моей комнате жил маленький геккон, иногда он пищал, сидя на окне внутри. Кровать широкая и над ней висит балдахин, поэтому ночью никто не закусает. Вообще комаров и мух я мало видел. Потолки высокие, а ванная комната - это чудо какое-то! из каменной ванной вечером видно звёздное небо и можно делать кучу крутых фоток, потому что она на улице! Но вас никто не увидит. Сделал кучу крутых фото. Кондиционер и Wi-fi прекрасно работают и делают своё дело. Утренние завтраки хороши и есть выбор небольшой. Очень приветливые хозяева и вся локация в целом. Прогулки вдоль полей до отеля и города. Я просто кайфовал находясь там в комфорте так близко к местной природе. Ещё там есть небольшой бассейн) Всю неделю я охотился на местного геккона, размером с ладошку, но их не стоит бояться - они хороший признак.

Добраться можно действительно только на мопеде, но отель поможет вам, просто напишите или скажите им. Немного тонкие стены могут быть, если ваши соседи шумные, но в целом вечером достаточно тихо вокруг.

De ligging was super tussen de rijstvelden en net uit de drukte van Ubud. Ze brachten je zo vaak als je wilde achterop een scootertje richting het centrum (5 min rijden). Dit hebben ze zelfs in de vroege morgen en ‘s nachts gedaan. Erg vriendelijke mensen! Ook een lekker ontbijtje.

Die Unterkunft lag schön ein bisschen außerhalb vom Trubel Ubuds. Der Ausblick auf die Reisfelder war auch sehr nett. Der Pool war gut - gerade auch für unsere Kids.

Leider war das Preisleistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu den ganzen letzten Unterkünften eher schlecht. Hatten uns etwas noch Besseres im Hinblick auf den Preis und die Bewertungen erhofft. Leider sind auch die Tiere (Hühner, Hähne, Gänse) sehr sehr laut und wir hatten Pech, dass unsere Terrasse und unser Bungalow voll mit Ameisen waren. Auch im Bett waren einige, so dass es bei uns überall gekrabbelt und gejuckt hat. Das sind ja alles Faktoren, die schlecht zu beeinflussen sind. Trotzdem hatten wir eine gute Zeit. Vielen Dank 🙏🏽

Excellent location. Beautiful villas. Friendly staff. I noticed the female staff picked up the ladies and the male staff only picked up the men when collecting on the motor bikes. I thought this was very respectful!

This Villa is in the middle of the rice fields. You can only gain access to and from the property by motorbike. This is something that booking.com and the villa do not make clear in the description. The staff are also a disgrace and will not refund you for any days you do not stay there. My partner and I paid for 3 nights where we did not stay there. You will also be charged in full a month before your stay, at which point you will not be made aware of the restricted access. This is something my partner and I were not made aware of until 1 day before arriving.

The location of these villas is fantastic. Only minutes from Central Ubud but surrounded by beautiful rice fields (15 minute downhill walk to the centre). The high-ceilinged rooms were amazing with great air conditioning. Beds and pillows were excellent. The 24/7 moto taxi service to drop guests into town and pick up after was so helpful (this is how you actually arrive there, along with your luggage)! Cars cannot make it up the narrow road to this property. The included breakfast had some simple Indonesian and Western choices but served up in a fantastic setting. The walks through the rice fields that you can start from the villas were some of the best we enjoyed in the Ubud area. Lovely pool area too. We really liked this property and its location - we’d certainly stay there again.

As repeat customers before, we have had two wonderful stats at this hotel. It is in a beautiful spot in the paddy fields. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Our expectations were high. The place is now rather rundown, especially the pool area. Two broken shabby umbrellas and uneven paving. Never received afternoon tea as described. Building extension to kitchen. Biggest disappointment was the scooter transfers. They used to pick up and drop off at Starbucks but now it's at a car park 10 mins out of centre along a badly lit road. Our last night, they neglected to pick us up un till second attempt to message and we were waiting in the monsoon for nearly an hour. Pitch black and very dangerous for any young girls!

Situado en una zona de arrozales con vistas a los mismos. Habitación muy amplia. Baño con ducha al aire libre. El personal súper amable. Hotel para desconectar, muy tranquilo.

Está situado en el centro, pero para llegar al hotel te van a buscar en moto, ya que los coches no llegan, y eso no lo dice por ningún lado a la hora de reservar. El hotel se encarga del desplazamiento, pero nos resultó bastante incómodo. Le hace falta una lavada de cara a la habitación, mucha humedad en todas las paredes. Las cortinas tanto de la puerta, como la mosquitera, se ven viejas.
