the staff were amazing, we missed our ferry so arrived hours before check in as we didn’t know where to go. The staff got the room ready for us early and were so accommodating. The rooms were clean. Huge bonus was they have three gorgeous sausage dogs which was absolutely the highlight for us.

The neighbors decided to have a very noisy karaoke night which wasn’t the hotels fault but did limit sleep a lot. The only other thing is that it’s quite far from amenities and they only serve breakfast so best bet for lunch or dinner is to taxi to the harbour or order it on grab, but another group staying there said the grab food made them ill.

the staff were friendly we got chatting to them for over an hour before even going up to our room which was nice. we were given drinks on arrival and breakfast was included. they have some friendly miniature dachshunds which were beautiful being dog lovers. the room was tidy and location close to Padang bai

Friendly staff, good location if you rent a scooter. You can rent it for a very good price in the hotel.

The room had a very chemical parfume smell. Bathroom could be more comfortable and better air regulated to avoid humid smell.

The breakfast was not good. The fried noodles were from Indomie, and we did not get the fresh fruit.

So many mosquitos in the garden at night, maybe because it was rainy season.

The staff is great and the rooms were nice sized. It makes for a excellent place to explore the surrounding area or to overnight and catch a ferry. While Padang Bay was still mostly shut down due to Covid they found a nice restaurant for me and delivered the food to my room. Highly recommended!

Nothing to not like, it was much nicer than the hotels in the center of Padang Bay and no one was trying to sell me tour or ferry tickets.

Pool was dirty and closed due to maintenace. The room was dirty and not really well prepared when we arrived. It just seemed that they prepared the room really quick before we were comming. The staff was ok but not too friendly.
