A very well kept caravan park; we stayed in two adjacent cabins. They were well equipped, spotlessly clean, easy parking. Staff were very welcoming, pleasant and professional. An enjoyable and hassle-free stay.

The cabins are homely and very comfortable with some currently being renovated and modernised. Actually, I booked two cabins, one single bedroom and the other a two bedroom. Also, I really appreciated the staff allowing me to have my car interior cleaned by an outside company beside my cabin.

Location and l could have my dogs stay there as well so not just visitation with my boys but dogs as well

A perfect entiere cabin with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. You have everything you need. It's a small house. Very easy to do a late check-in.

The cabin was clean and kitted out with everything you need and was spacious enough for an overnighter for 2 people.

I was not able to sleep as the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and with only thin blankets supplied I spent the entire night incredibly cold despite the electric blanket.

The location of the venue was ideal for us as the conference was just 2klms away. The facility was lovely and clean.

The airconditioneer did not work properly. It was set on 30deg when we arrived. But it certinally did not blow out that sort of Heat. Also the sheets on the bed were very cold tto sleep on .we just could not get warm. we do not like Electric blankets.

Location was good for access to shops and the city centre. Only saw one staff member as the rest of the team was off sick - he was polite and helpful despite not feeling well himself.

2 bedroom chalet was pokey and difficult to move around, with a family of 4. There were not enough warm blankets, and those that were there were not very clean. There was not enough hanging space for the used bath towels.

The renovated cabin was really lovely. Honeslyy didnt expect it to be so beautiful. The kids facilities were also good. Pool looked great. Would be a bonus if it was heated for use all year round or had a heated spa.

Check is was meant to be 2pm but we didn't get in until after 3pm. They said due to staff shortages which I understand. However I had to request a late check out (they only gave an hour extra) so no real compensation for the delay. The bunk beds were not made up either. Nothing in the games room was operational.

Good size cabin for our group of 8. Comfortable and well set out.
