The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. 😇

We rent CORNER room with huge windows and with bath tube. Best number in this hotel.

Soundproofing is very low. This is 3rd floor but the way to app is very long through 3 staircases ) For me it's ok, but i think for some guests it's important to know when they book it. Terrace is not private in general.

The location is perfect and Apartaments have a very nice view. And it’s clean inside

It’s hard to take the luggage upstairs, because there are so much stairs. and it’s a little bit loud because of the street, but only if open the window

Location is perfect in the Main Street , size of the room good, balcony, modern furniture and very clean.

Not soundproof very thin walls but people are very quiet.you need pain code from 8 digits numbers to open your room door. But in general not bad for one person.

I stayed in the room with a bath. The room was good, and there were any problems with hot water, There was a lovely roof balcony.

The hotel administrator doesn't speak English. It will be better for the owner to send information for self-check-in by messages before arrival. Rooms close not by key, but by the code lock. So at night when I was sleeping one of the staff entered my room with another guest. I suppose, he was mistaken, but it was really inconvenient and unsafe situation.

The location was amazingly central, that was for sure the best part, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and with big balcony space to sit in.

This place fails with the definition of aparthotel, in such you'd expect to find some kitchen, common or otherwise but there is nothing like that here, only a microwave and coffee you have to pay for additionally (???). Moreover, it's really noisy if you get a room facing the Rustaveli Avenue, you can hear cars 24/7. Lastly, my room wasn't even cleaned once during my 6 night-long stay here.

The apartment is absolutely lovely and spacious within the heart of Tbilisi. It's a short walking distance to two metro stations which made getting around really easy. I could not be more pleased with our stay. Thank you so much!

We didn't mind at all, but light sleepers need to be aware that Rustaveli never sleeps and traffic might be an issue for some. We personally loved the hustle and bustle!

WoW!!!!! Brilliant room, exceptional staff and owner....we had a huge balcony overlooking the main street......superb spot to sit, drink wine all evening 😀. Owner rec nearby restaurants and things to do. Location is amazing ,right in heart of main street of Tblisi, access to rooms are via a huge beautiful wooden door on the main street. We got Bolt delivery for dinner , easy to find. Road was not that noisy at night and we slept well despite being light sleepers. Room itself has high ceiling, comfy bed, table and chairs....with spacious bathroom. All fittings to a high standard. Table n chairs also on balcony.

Having to leave......... And leave Georgia.......cry 🙃🥲😋
