Staff Cleanliness Decoration

The room is outdated. The AC was not working it was very hot I couldn’t sleep. There is no food in the hotel, no room service, and no facility at all.

Location is great in historic old town. Very clean hotel. Room had spacious terrace with very nice view. Hotel outdoor space with seating area was great feature, surrounded by greeneries, small park. Staff was very fast in response and very attentive, friendly. Cleaning service was great.

I wish they had food service throughout the day, not only for breakfast. At least some snacks in the bar.

Arrived late (4.30am) to find the reception girl had waited up for us (what a champion). Very attentive staff, great breakfast, good wifi, good location with short walk to old town, comfy beds. Really friendly and helpful staff

Great location. Walking distance to any place you'd want to visit. Fairly priced bar. Nice decor and clean shared areas. Not too busy . Accommodating staff (happy for us to order food, as they do not serve any food beside breakfast, in and use the bar area to eat as a group)

The breakfast, whilst nice enough was a bit of a mismatch of items. There wasn't necessarily a whole meal to be had, rather 'a bit of this and a bit of that'. Also a little repetitive in terms of offerings. I didn't mention it whilst staying, therefore cannot mark them down for it (we were a large group and many others had the same issue, especially on the 4th floor). The A/C did not work and the room was BOILING. We left the doors open all night which made marginal difference. For the price, and based on the fact we weren't the only ones with A/C that didn't work, this issue needs addressing. The carpets in the room need ripping out and replacing; very worn, stained and tatty.

Nice decor, friendly staff and a great location. The bar has a nice terrace which backs out onto a park so we spent a lot of time sitting outside and enjoying the surroundings. It’s also just a 10 minute walk from the old town so very convenient for a lot of the tourist attractions.

The lift stops between floors which was a bit strange and awkward when moving luggage but it wasn’t a huge issue.

Great design and location. Extra credit for the bath on the balcony

Maybe adding some additional storage in each room would accommodate people that are staying for a longer period of time

A perfect 10 in my opinion, room was big, quiet and clean, staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was very good. I'll stay in the same hotel next time and I'll recommend it to friends and family. Located very close to the city center in a quiet area.

I have no complaints, it was perfect from the check-in to check-out.

Breakfast was good. Only the time should be earlier. 8.00 is too late. All tours leave at 9.00. So less time for breakfast
