Well equipped, just like a home, very thoughtful owner, even provided multiple usb ports for charging phones. A decent collection of DVDs. Toiletries include toothbrush which even some hotels do not provide. We did not do any cooking but we saw stovetop with pots and pans plus lots of crockeries. Clean and comfortable. Location is good. Walking distance to traders centre. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The wooden platforms, I hv bad knees so going up and down the platforms were a bit difficult for me

provided with almost everthing the tenant required. Facilities provided Almost like 5 star hotel. Even emergency kit including 1st aid box was provided. Children toys and games were good.

Check out time at 1100 am was too early although extension of 1 hour was given.

The location is great. Quiet environment and spacious. Most of the cooking utensils and equipments are provided, convenient for preparing our own meal. The owner is very helpful and understanding!

The internet connection is lousy, not functioning most of the time. We gotta use personal hotspot for the kids.

The balcony is really huge and we love having our meals at the balcony with the view of vege farm. They provide a lot of kitchenware, so it's really easy to prepare your own hot pot (Steamboat) dinner there.

It's my 3rd stay here and as usual everything's great, except for some minor problem that occurs unexpectedly, which they handled the problem well. The main switch for the bathroom water heater suddenly not working on the 2nd day of our stay, informed them in the morning and they were really quick to fix the problem, by the time we went back to the place in the afternoon, it has already been fixed, I'm impressed.

This is our second time staying in Mary Apt, we really like this place for so many reasons. The location is really good as it is located in Brinchang which is the highest area in Cameron Highland, hence the temperature is cooler there. Besides that, it is located very near to a market (within walking distance) where we can buy all the veges that we needed for our hot pot dinner. Mary Apt provides almost everything you need for a hot pot dinner such as the induction cooker, pot, tablewares and etc. They have recently change all their mattreses to new ones, therefore the beds are really comfy. I would defintely stay at Mary Apt again if I visit Cameron Highland again.

Guests who wish to cook their own meal might need to prepare their own knives as there were only 2 small knives being provided. Other than that, everything else is good :)
