Family-friendly flat, great pool and sauna, close to city centre, parking available.

Mattresses could use an upgrade:(

The apartment was spotless clean. The lady at the reception was great…she helped us with dinner reservation and answered all our queries. This was our second trip to Moser apartments ..we will go back for sure. The location is perfect, quiet area but close to the center …there is a big supermarket close if you want to grab something. The swimming is not busy at all we were the only guests on Friday afternoon in the spa area , so we had it just for us for 2 hours :)

I liked the size of the room's and the modern furniture. The size of the smart TV was great, but a little to close to the couch. The fact that the apartment have two bathrooms.

I didn't expect to find so low quality mattresses in both bedrooms , we slept very bad for three nights and when we decided to go to the pool to have some fun we find the water very cold and only natural light coming inside, no other lights. Another thing was the parking spot that we payed 10 per day and we received a number to park and the next day we found another car parked on our place. The reception guy was trying to tell me to park very far away from our apartment and we was having a child and trolleys to brind to the room. Finally he told me to park on the disabled spot next to our place , thing that I didn't was very happy. I not recommend to stay for long periods!!

Stunning apartment, very modern, very spacious, had everything we needed!

comfortable apartment, we had even salt, tea and coffee. we chose it because of sauna and pool. close to it nice playground, commercial centre, hypermarket and Moser glass museum ( on foot all is 5 min)

swimming pool was too cool, hard to enter even after sauna. parking cost 10 euro per night, could be cheaper, in the center of Carlovy Vary the same price per day.

A big apartment with 2 toilets

Very old and basic furniture and kitchen equipment. Old and thin towels (some of them were with holes)- any additional towel cost 2 euros! Very dirty windows with spider webs. A lot of flies and mosquitoes in the sink, bath and ceilings especially when turning on the lights - and in the morning you find thousands of them everywhere! Basically everything looks neglected.
