The Owner was as helpful as you could imagine, rooms were cleaned every day and all the requests were heard and applied, very comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood despite the fact it was 5 min to Argasi center and 3 min to private beach. Great if you rent a car to see whole island.

It’s hard to pinpoint something, really

Gestore accogliente, si mette a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza e appena arrivato mi ha spiegato tutti i posti da vedere nell’isola aiutandomi tantissimo. La pulizia è ottima e viene effettuata una volta al giorno. Posizione ottima, se si affitta una macchina o un qualsiasi altro mezzo si possono raggiungere le spiagge più belle e rinomate dell’isola in pochissimi minuti. Consigliatissimo!!

Unica nota negativa ma non troppo forse è che è un po’ rumorosa

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'isola. Denis e la sua mamma sono stati gentilissimi. Ogni giorno ci facevano trovare la camera pulitissima. Il letto molto comodo. Shampoo e bagnoschiuma forniti per tutta la settimana . Cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ogni 2 giorni e bottiglia di vino omaggio a metà settimana. In cucina abbiamo trovato anche la moka.

Cleaned everyday except sunday. Airco that works well and has different settings. Water in the fridge when we arrived. Plenty of storage, a comfortable bed and close to shops and restaurants. A good free parking spot for your rental is also available! Owner Dennis was also very friendly!

Only the shower could use some improvement. There was no possibility to properly hang the showerhead, instead you had to hold it. Wasn’t a great inconvenience but just adds that tiny bit of extra comfort.

Great location, the room had everything we needed. There are also kitchen appliances so you can make a quick meal/ breakfast in. Could use a TV as they had none. Room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Hosts very friendly, I would go back again. Recommended!

The property is located on a quiet street but at the same time close to the center of the town. The host is a real help. solves immediately and gets involved in any situation.

We stayed in Theodora Studios at the beginning of August 2023. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It is an ideal place to wander around the island because you can easily reach most of the landmarks of Zakynthos from there. But the best part was definitely Dennis, the owner of Theodora Studios. He is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. When we arrived, he asked us if we needed advice about places and areas to visit in Zakynthos and we immediately said yes. He gave us an accurate description of the main areas we could visit and activities we could do during our stay. He also explained the different options we could choose from (i.e different kind of boat trips, different kind of beaches we could go to). We had already planned a few things to do but he gave us such invaluable insights! On our last full day in Zakynthos, we needed cortisone and we asked Dennis if, by any chance, he happened to have it at home. Not only did he provide us with the medicine, but he went to the pharmacy and bought it himself. He really is such a kind person. Moreover, he was always around, so you could always count on him if you needed anything. But, at the same time, he was also extremely discreet, so you didn’t feel any pressure at all. I highly recommend Theodora Studios if you plan to stay in Zakynthos, it will be very relaxing and pleasant!

Theodora studio is very clean and comfortable. They clean it everyday, bedsheet is very clean, as clean as 5 stars hotel’s. Location is great, there are couples of good restaurants within 5 mins walking. Dennis is a kind and friendly owner, everything he recommended was useful. He is very kind, he even helped to feed a street kitten. Will recommend this studio to my friends who like to stay in Zante. Wish Dennis, his family, and the kitten all the best!
