very good food , fresh , well cooked , also for vegetarians and meat . traditional greek food . cool drink at discretion.and personal always careful to keep everything clean . swimming pool always clean .

Lovely staff and always a good choice of food, drink and entertainment. Eleni was great from the animation team. Stathis and marcos were fab bar managers and the restaurant team were first class

Everything. The hotel staff were all friendly and made our stay a real pleasure. The receptionists went out of their way to be helpful. We had an issue on the 1st night when we stayed in one of the other hotels in the group but the manager resolved the issue quickly by giving us the option to move and it made our holiday so much better.

Everyone of the staff was very helpful, kind and put great efforts into their work. The swimming pool was beautiful. The dinners were unbeatable!!! The cook deserves Michelin stars 😊. We loved our dinners ❤️

We were offered to upgrade the room into a suite. I world have preferred to be informed that although we'd have more rooms, the state and quality of the furniture and equipment would be way worse. It was a disappointment compared to other rooms.

we chose this place for children's space. But it has not been written on the internet that it has not worked for a long time. The hotel and rooms themselves are very old, not cozy.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Cleaning services were performed daily. Staff was very personal and friendly. Food was delicious and various. Pandemic measures were enforced in the dining area. The atmosphere is nice!

We didn't realise that beaches would be so far away. There is transportation, and you can get by but took us some time to figure it out.

The swimming pool was appalling the aircon was appalling my dad's bed was a appalling They were no sunbeds the sunbeds were appalling the swimming pool was really dirty it was like a bog at night it was like a pint of milk the staff were rude and appalling wont stay at your hotel ever ever again really bad 😡 I am furious at this hotel so bad 😡 your hotel needs to be destroyed really angry with you guys going to send Gordon ramsay to your discusting hotel 😡 really angry

- 🔟 To the bar tenders - the resort has every facility you can imagine - room service for cleaning is great - the hotel is placed in the middle of the village, close to the beach, bars and restaurants - pools are extraordinary clean - everything else was great, I recommend this property ✅

- on the booking I've selected at the bed preference section : one double and one sofa, we've had 3 single beds in the room. The fault it's mine though because I didn't said anything at the reception, but as an advice to the stuff, you guys should pay more attention to the reservations.. - they don't have as much seafood as you expect (except makes the fillet fish who is served daily) - parking place is small

The greek food was pretty good. All restaurants and bars in Argasi are nearby and it is possible to walk there. The staff was always kind and helpful. Overall good value for money.

The bed wasn't really comfortable in our room. There could be more variety of fresh fruit during meal time. Regarding covid measures, even though the staff tried to do their best, there were always people not wearing their masks properly, or not respecting social distancing. There isn't a nice beach nearby, but you can easily reach several beaches by car and enjoy the whole island.

It was good 2 night stay. Good place for families and couples, not noisy, good food, great location, the staff is more than 5* always friendly and supportive. The Covid measures were in place and we could feel safe. Good thing was concierge on place who organised all our tours and rented us car without any problems and super friendly guy Ian. Would like to return here for a longer stay and enjoy more facilities in hotels full operation.

Before we book we were not sure because of the virus fear. We wanted to stay in a safe place in Zakynthos and after doing a lot of research we came up with this hotel. After sending a few emails to their customer service and having all our questions answered fast, we had a piece of mind for a good holiday. The hotel was in a very good location, close to everything. The staff are amazing and so friendly. They made us feel so comfortable and for sometime we were not thinking what's happening in the outside world. Ian the concierge offered us the best trips to see the top places of the island. Thank you Ian for doing the best for us! The hotel keeps all the rules for Covid-19 and this made us feel very safe too. The food presentation was very impressive and the Greek food is worth to try especially the Musaka! Zakynthos is a fabulous place with amazing spots to visit and the water crystal clear. The shipwreck, blue caves, marathinisi are true nature beauties I highly recommend. Thank you Diana Palace, thank you Zakynthos for giving us a good time. We will visit you again in the future!

The hotel room was clean, beds made daily, fresh towels supplied, food choices amazing & staff very on hand. Great holiday!
