Breakfast. Pancakes are cold. The food selection is poor. If you come later for breakfast, there is little left and unheated.

Spacious rooms, nice personnel, great park around
Noise isolation is poor. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the floor.

Poor breakfast. The staff member kept looking as if counting whether we were eating too much.

Very clean apartament. Lovely view from the apartament window in the 2nd floor.Netflix for the kids.
Unconfortable bed, aircon was not working in the apartament.

The location is very nice, very big gardens and plenty of space for a nice dog walk. It is dog friendly too, which is great. The room was clean.
We paid a lot extra to have the dog, 15 euros, which is way too much, especially for the size of our room. The walls between rooms are thin and you can hear people talking quite loudly.

Flexible with check-in times, very big shower, bed was as advertised, quite comfortable
The only cups left in the room were the cheap plastic cups that melt if you pour any hot water in them, toilet seat was a bit broken, the walls were so thin, you can hear everything in the hallway or your neighbors rooms even too well

Nice place! We come at night around 22 h and we have no problem to find hotel. Room was clean, big bed...

Good location. Nice place to overnight. Big parking. Authentic place. No cheap/ikea furniture.
No glass cups in the room, just paper cups. The breakfast could have had more options to choose from.

close to suntago water park. compaund is more suitable for big festivals or weddings.

The phone number provided by the hotel is incorrect. We paid for the room trou booking.com but the hotel and its staff demanded money from us, even though booking.com confirmed that everything was ok, the hotel administrator terrorised us for two days and demanded payment for the night. They didn't even try to contact booking.com

We arrived late at night and we were offered a better room, so that our sleeping kids could get faster and to beds.
