Very clean and spotless, everything you would need for a short stay

The apartment was big, clean and bright. Bed was comfortable and it’s in great location. Breakfast with croissants, jams, cereals, coffee and tea, a bottle of orange juice and milk.

The room was a really good size with a big shower and bathroom. A good size kitchenette and a lovely continental breakfast for the morning. The location was in a good position very central with a pay and display car park very close. Would definitely stay again.

I found the hallway had an unusual smell but luckily not the room. For me the bed was too hard so did not get a good sleep. Also there was some kind of delivery at 2 in the morning with lots of noise as things were being off loaded. Which was just bad luck.

Great location, great price, lovely studio room with kitchenette area with breakfast bar and a comfy seating area too. Small but perfectly formed. Loved the convenience of street entry via door code then once inside collecting keys from the key box. No having to get dressed for breakfast as a continental breakfast was waiting in the room - juice, milk, yoghurt in the fridge, tea & coffee, cereals and pastries on the breakfast bar. Plenty of plates, glasses, tea towels etc, and plenty of toiletries and fluffy towels in the shower room. Free overnight parking outside, and paid day parking a few steps away, lots of helpful info given by friendly manager Alison. Would definitely stay here again.

.Great apartment, nicely designed and well appointed with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Location right in the centre of Oakham so very central to all local amenities. Most accommodating owner. Would be very happy to stay there again and can completely recommend.

Everthing was fine

The style of the apartment, the bathroom and room were clean. Location was great.

No parking - When we booked, it said the place had parking. So, unfortunately we had to pay at a pay and display car park. Milk and orange juice were in a unsealed glass bottle - would have preferred (even if a smal bottle) a sealed bottle of milk and orange juice. No water bottles provided.

Spacious rooms. Nicely finished. For self catering it was a bonus to have breakfast left for us. Central location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and parking.

There was no view from the window, but we knew this before we booked and it was a clean and tidy courtyard access. Currently there is scaffolding on the opposite building which will obviously be better once gone. To be honest nothing really to complain about.

A loverly stay .shame it was only one night ..exceptional .would gladly stay there again as close to every kind of restaurant and Rutland waters

The location of this property is excellent. The room is comfortable, warm and lovely and clean. Because I have stayed here before, I was happy to come back knowing that the standard of accommodation was so high.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Rooms at No6...
