the two people who ran the place were very kind and made both me and my brother very comfortable. the bed’s were very cosy and the room was just a nice size for the few nights we stayed ( considering we spent most of our time out! ) fantastic experience and would definitely stay again :)
not so much what i didn’t like as everything was perfect, we just had a problem with the shower and getting it to warm up, and it came out a little weak. the side blind in the main area was also broken, but this was probably the fault of whoever has been in previously.

Hotel is in a great location with free parking. We were welcomed on arriving and shown to our room and given all the information we needed about the room. John gave us some options for where to go for a drink and the easiest way to get to the beach etc which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and comfortable and for our one night stay had everything you needed in a room. it was a great price for the night.
We don’t have anything negative to say regarding our stay. if you want a luxury hotel then that’s what you need to book (and pay for).

Perfect location for butlins and fantasy island, the rooms are clean a little tied in parts but suited our needs and we would definitely return

I've stopped here a couple of times it's cheap cheerful and not bad at all.

The room was lovely for us and it had an ensuite and a kettle and a little fridge and enough supplies for us both too have a couple of coffees and we had access to their wifi which was kind of them and the bed was really comfortable and we're able to accommodate us really quickly we booked last minute and I forgot to give them a time we would be arriving anyway fast forward about 15 minutes after that and we were shown to our room
The price is an absolute bargain and we will definitely go back again we couldn't fault the place

Bed to low we both didn't sleep well at all people above was smoking weed out there window and made the room smell all night and with me having sleep apnea and my filter smelled of weed all night so it spoild are stay

The Motel had no food or bar facilities. it was about 3 miles from Skegness, where I was due to stay. There were no opportunities for walking, which was the purpose of my visit.

Great location , the owners were very nice.

The room we stopped in was not the cleanest. Would I try again there?... Yes I would and hope I just was unlucky on my first visit .
