Fantastic caravan, spent most days out so didn’t spend much time in caravan.

Great location close to the beach and all amenities, bus stop just down the road for people who don't drive, comfy beds and bedding, lovely balcony to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather, has everything you could need inside, highley reccomend.

Excellent loacation

I liked that the caravan was large enough for us and the location was with walking distance of the beach and Fantasy island,Me and my family loved are stay and would go back.

The things i did not like were abit of a miss match with plates cups and glasses and lacks the homely touches and info of whats going on around and about.

We only stayed one night as it was a meet up the next day. Caravan was large enough for us to all have a room each.

The caravan was very clean and spacious, it had everything we needed even a Highchair! The people on site were very helpful and cheerful...we couldn't of asked for more. Just a short walk from fantasy island and right next to the beach! we will definitely book again!

no bin facility within the caravan, some utensils and plates were dirty, little outdated

spacious, fully equipped caravan in a great location, close to the shop on camp, the beach and to Ingoldmells market

The only things which I felt required adjustments were the gate on the balcony as this was rusty and loose, The satellite dish is also in a poor position on the side of the caravan , easy to bang your head on if you are tall, other than that it is a great caravan, value for money and I will definitely go again …

plenty of space.. clean. convenient. best oven I’ve ever come across in a caravan. usually they take ages to cook anything, but this one was like the one u have at home. bin bags toilet rolls cloths and hand soap /washing up liquid and cleaning sprays provided. modern tv in livingroom with sky and tv in main bedroom

“didn’t like” is a bit strong.. just cud do with a bit more tlc? a bit tatty, cable ties were used as locks on toilet doors, heater didn’t work in main bed room, no baking trays/oven stuff. found sprouting potatoes under sink.. things were just randomly chuckled in drawers.. ie coat hangers in livingroom cupboards, utensils in kitchen drawer just thrown in, plates dishes cups etc stacked on top of each other causing an avalanche wen open cupboard. no colour coordination with bedding/curtains etc..but to be fair, can see it’s slowly being updated.. kitchen is fab and cooker oven is the best I’ve used .. normally the caravan ovens ain’t good, but this one was fab. veranda needed a wash but plenty of space and safe for kids.. seen other ppl complained about the mud wen grass was wet, but wat do u expect? once ur on the veranda… it’s no problem! there’s a mat outside n inside!! to be clear, I’m in no way slating this van!!! saying how I found it.. functional, clean, basic.. and that’s good if u av kids cos u wudnt want to b on edge watching them wrecking anything!! will defo go again… don’t expect top luxury, but u do pretty much get wat u need!!!

Caravan balcony, very close to park shop & beach. 5 minutes to fantasy island. Immaculately clean. Great contact with owner.

Access to the shops was easy and also a 2 minute walk to the beach

Their was mould in the main bedroom as well as more mould on the light switches and the floors still had sand on them in 2 of the smaller bedrooms

Seating very hard,unable to use shower due to a high step to get in.Very old van needs upgrade

When I arrived there was hairs on the bed still, clearly hadn't been cleaned.

The fact the beds weren't cleaned made me feel uncomfortable to sleep on them.

Location clean owner quickly sorted a problem with key safe would definitely stay there again

Good location, comfortable beds, only a 10/15 min walk to fantasy island, good price, large caravan.

Dated decor, bad smell in living room, fridge didn’t seem to work properly and also smelt bad, not very clean, no long mirrors.

Was close to the beach had everything I needed was their clean and the host was nice

Just was abit muddy in front off caravan but it's not summer and host couldn't help heavy rain

Triped over in the dark coming down steps there's a gap between the flags when dark you don't see it over than that spot on would like to go back
