Close to the beach

The property has no air conditioning on the bedrooms. There is air conditioning in the living room which is no where near the rooms. The place is a sauna. If open bedroom windows mosquito would eat you alive. Too many mosquitos in the property Property in the middle of nowhere. No taxis at all. One bus with a 20mins ride to centre town but taxi to get back if you can find one taxi There is a beach near by but only 1 supermarket 15mins walking

Easy and free parking!

Spacious, well-equipped house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big terrace - very comfortable for the family of five! Great location just 5 min walk to the beautiful Pelicano beach and 5-20 min drive to many other beautiful beaches in this area. It is also 15-20 min drive to the nearest towns - Olbia, Golfo Aranchi, Porto Rotondo. Porto Chervo is 30 min drive, Palau, where you can take the boat to La Maddalena, is 1 hour drive. I think the car is not necessary, but advisable, if you want to explore this part of Sardinia. The host in the property is fantastic - very helpful and attentive! We had easy check in and check out, quick response to all our needs and assistance in everything (reservations in restaurants, car rental, etc). Thank you for warm wellcome!))

Wi-fi was not always good. Both bathrooms are very small, it was normal for us, but it can be a problem for big people.
