Unfortunately we had to leave early the last day. So we asked for a lunchbox which Roberta forgot.

Good location very close to the nice beach.

Air conditioner not working at all (this is not okay if you pay for it as a customer). Also there is a lot of black mold in the shower which is dangerous for your health. I cannot recommend this place and would never come back. Ratio of price and service is not okay.

Quiet location in the middle of the housing area. Rooms were clean and with all necessities. Short distance to the beach was plus and parking place was enough big for such a small hotel.

A bit far from the city even though we were there by car. Because of the room door is slide door, but not well isolated we woke up when other quests came back to the hotel at night.

The location is great (close to 3 beaches), and the staff was super! Roberta and Maria answered all my questions through Whatsapp real quick, giving tips and they were always there whenever I need. A great finding in a good location!

Ok, location with respect to couple of restaurants and the nearby beach.

The advertisement on booking.com was misguiding the user for Triple Luxury room. At least 1 apartment out of 5 do not meet the most important announced features such as landmark view, 40 square meters, including dining area and seating zone. There was no willingness from the management to compensate, without additional payment. The airconditioner did not work.

Unfortunately this B&B didn’t meet our expectations at all. The whole house is not properly maintained. Only breakfast room but this is locked at all times. We just received our key once we arrived but no information at all e.g. about the triple room we booked, not even Wi-Fi password. For the Wi-Fi password we had to beg for their information and waited for 2 hours for the answer. No necessary amenities like glasses to drink in the room, no coffee machine as supposed to be on the list, not even kettle, no proper places to put our luggage and so many mosquitoes as soon as you leave the room. At breakfast the way they serve toasts is by touching them with naked hands which is not hygienic. The fridge is not cold but we couldn’t turn down the temperature as the switch is fixed with a tape. Washing machine is supposed to be included in our booking price but only after some conversations and proving it by showing it on our mobile we finally may use their washing machine which is placed at the side of house in a very dirty room with stacks of dirty laundry. It’s horribly unacceptable! We didn’t feel welcome at all. Instead we felt like we’re a burden for them. No smile or small chat to make us comfortable. For 150 Euro ++/night for 1 adult and 2 teenagers are definitely too much! We booked non-refundable for 2 nights but after 1 night we gave up and checked out. Before we left we were asked to pay for the city tax of 13,80 Euro which we left it on the bed.

Tasty breakfast, friendly staff, lovely place. Overall superb if you are looking for a small, not crowded b&b.

it’s not beachfront!

Very cosy room with a bathroom, both super clean and made in a really pretty style. Check-in was easy plus we parked our car right by the building. I truly recommend this place :)

Clean, cosy and super nice place. Convenient host. Good breakfast. Super cool garden. We recommend to have a dinner at least once night. Typical sardinian products.

It was a great location and easy to find. The room was comfortable and the balcony was a great addition.
