Good value for money, very cooperative staff, spacious rooms, best location right next to forum mall and train station. Will be staying again here in future.

Internet was very poor

The bed was comfortable, good linen and pillows. Clean room.

The rude blonde receptionist, refused to honour our online reservation with breakfast booked through booking.com. Very dismissive, too busy taking selfies on phone, customer service zero. Management not accountable either and turn blind eye to complaints. There is no Netflix or English channels.

Impecable stay, with exceptional amenities and helpful staff. We would like to highlight Mr. Burak Ergun for his wonderful support throughout our 2-week stay, it was one of a kind! Location is great, with a metro station nearby to connect to all important Istanbul spots, from top historical attractions to medical facilities and one of the largest shopping mall is right across the street. Spotless clean, wonderful breakfast, with included parking, spa, sauna and pool.

The staff was helpful and kind, especially Mr Burak from reception.

The staff were very good but I really felt a push to tip for everything which I wasn't comfortable with.

The reviews made this sound better than it was. Based on my experiences in other 5 star hotels in other countries, I would say this is a 4 star.

Good location just some minutes of walking till metro station. Big shopping mall is same 4-5 minutes by walking. Many restaurants in area. Rooms are clean, good isolation from outside. Breakfast was good, many varieties. Over all was nice stay, pool was perfect option to use for free with jacuzzi.

The road to the hotel is not exactly flat so at one moment you are going down and then next moment you are climbing.

The man at the recaption was not polite and correct to us at all! We ask him if he could call us a cab to the airport and he told us that price from the hotel to the airport is 110€ then we try with uber and we paid 40€. We think that is not correct for customers to the hotel!

amazing facilities the rooms are amazing and I could t complain. supermarket right in front of the hotel and the massive forum Istanbul mall 3 mins walk. with a pharmacy as soon as you enter. also a Starbucks in the lobby! all the reception staff and security are very hospitable with an exception to one lady at reception who worked at nights was quite rude and abrupt.

it’s abit far from your tourist spots about a 25 min Uber with no traffic. the room service food could be better for a 5 star hotel.
