Lack of safe, space for suitcase and no wardrobe (refers to small rooms) The price of laundry is expensive to me

Everything was perfect and the room was super clean. The staff were also very nice and kind.

It can be a problem of Booking.com if the hotel is not able to give me an invoice. The staff aksed me to request it to booking.com and it makes me annoying on booking com.

Very convenient location and the rooms were very nice! We only stayed one night but it was perfect! We upgraded to the breakfast package and it was definitely worth it. Buffet style breakfast until 10 AM!

The location and the facilities are very good. Parking needs no prior reservation and enter/exit is easy. If you have the budget for it, a bigger room gives you plenty of space and are very well equipped.

The breakfast was a bit bland also the walls can be a little too thin. So if you have a hard time sleeping do request a quiet room. Parking shares same ramp to enter and exit so becareful and watch for the sensors warning of incoming vehicle.

Nice hotel option for a couple of days stay. The room matches the photos and description. The hotel stuff was friendly and polite, also very helpful from the booking stage until checkout. The breakfast had a good variety of hot/cold items. The hotel has parking inside and right around the corner, it was not a problem to leave the car. Various cafes, restaurants and shops within 5min walking distance.

We had a bit of the problem with the aircon, but aside from that everything was ok.

The staff was friendly and efficient at check in and check out. The cafe on the first floor is nice but the surrounding location offers many meal time options.

5 mins away from the station, 1 min away from the lake, hundreds of restaurants around. The best choice for a short stay in Paju.
