Nous étions dans un endroit tranquille et sans bruit malgré la proximité avec la route. La chambre était très propre avec des équipements récents et fonctionnels

La chambre était vraiment toute petite, difficile d’y circuler et d’y déposer nos 2 valises. Le raccord de la douche fuyait. Un peu trop excentré du centre ville

Super lokalizacja Miłych Pan na recepcji.Apartament zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami.Łatwy do znalezienia(nie zgadzam się z komentarzami że wygląda jak opuszczony) jest winda ,blisko Lidl.Spacerkiem do jezioro Como i na dworzec Kolejowy.Apartament duży, okna dachowe zamykane sterownikiem ,ulice słychać ale jest przy glownej drodze i nie jest to uciążliwe.Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.Mydełka w łazience i przybory kobiece to duży plus i miłe zaskoczenie.Ręczniki duze i czyściutki.

Bestens für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei der Durchreise geeignet. Hat alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Zahnbürste,Duschmittel,Föhn,…

The the man who is GM or staff there ( I’m not sure their position) is very rude and not helpful. WiFi slow Not helpful staff seem look down to guest who are from Asia. Water smells bad. Not easy to call taxi to train station because staff (the man) is not helpful to support guests in case we have big lag age there will be very difficult. I will not return back to this hotel forever. It is not hotel actually, it is appartment for rent. I totally Dissatisfied, disappointed, I am a tourist bring money to spend in their country, but they not helpful to find solution when I request them to call taxi to station. When I checked out morning time around 9:00am not staff stand by to support us call taxi or offer necessary information

De locatie is Ok. Tegen het centrum van Como aan. Je kan lopen.

Deze accommodatie zit in een oud kantoorpand en is geen hotel!! De inrichting is compleet bij elkaar gescharreld via EBay of Marktplaats. Ouwe zooi. Ramen sluiten niet goed. Is 1 a 2 ster. Voor deze slechte kwaliteit is het behoorlijk aan de prijs. De online foto’s lijken totaal niet op de realiteit.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, gleich nebenan hat es eine Tiefgarage mit vernünftigen Preisen. Gegenüber dem Hotel hat es Supermärkte. Das Personal am Empfang war freundlich.

Das Hauptbett war sehr klein, maximal 1.20 breit und die Matratze viel zu weich. Schlafkomfort entsprechend schlecht. Warmes Wasser reichte knapp für eine Person (im einem Familienzimmer!). Darauf angesprochen meinte der Herr am Empfang bloss: Man müsse halt schneller duschen oder warten bis der Boiler wieder aufgeheizt hat. Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer ebenfalls nicht. Weiter hatte es einen leichten Mief im Zimmer, die Schalousien konnten zum Teil nicht geöffnet werden. Auch die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Der Eingang zum Hotel ist schlecht beschildert. Andere Hotelgäste hört man recht gut.

Все отлично, очень приятный владелец. Отзывчивый и добрый. Комната большая с видом на сад. Много места. Можно приготовить еду , не супер сложную. Есть чайник.

Утром женщина стучала в комнату и громко разговаривала . Я проснулся . Если можно , по утрам чуть потише , открывать дверь и разговаривать. В туалете хотелось-бы иметь нагреватель, после душа неприятно выходить , так как сильная вентиляция работает автоматически со светом.

Piacevole sopresa questa nuova e moderna struttura in centro a Como. Camera grande con bagno pazzesco (varie dotazioni di shampoo, balsamo, saponette, set barba e pulizia denti). Letti grandi e molto comodi, mi ricordano lo stile americano. In reception ottimo caffè o cappuccino, con distributore automatico di brioches per una colazione rapida. Climatizzazione ottima e staff professionale. Torneremo di sicuro

The Hotel was approximately a straight 25 minutes stroll from the train station. Easy and straight forward wheeling the suitcases. On the main road opposite Lidl, perfect for groceries and wine. We were not disturbed by the traffic noise. The location of the Hotel was perfect for the old town of Como and the Harbour. Each time we took a different route in and back and was no longer than 25 minutes each time of walking and site seeing. The beautiful boutiques to window shop in passed the time to reach the squares adored with coffee stops and soak in the ambience of beautiful Como. The room was incredibly spacious, classy, comfortable, immaculately clean and well equipped with everything you would need to sleep well, shower and get ready for the day and evening. Plenty of storage and wardrobe space, mirrors, tea coffee facilities (purchase your own items) and mini fridge for wine and milk. There was a large fridge in the main corridor with free bottles of water to help yourself. A great touch. The Hotelier was amazingly friendly and helpful. His english was great. Our luggage was stored securely and safely during out day of departure as had a late flight. We were given access to an available room to change in ready for our journey home. My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience in Como and will defintely be returning to this Hotel again in the future. I do not often leave reviews, but really had to express how much I was impressed with this facility. Give it a try and I assure you will not be disappointed.

To be honest, I cannot think of one negative about this incredibly hotel.

The hotel is very well located at only 10 mn walking from the city center, the train station St Giovani, and the lake. The hotel staff is very professional, they provide a complete information about the city at the check-in. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious. I recommend this hotel for your stay in this splendid town of Como.

The iron was missing in the room, but maybe they provide it at the reception as i didn't ask.

Everything was ok

Super comfortable bed and pillow, a lot of staff for traveller - toothbrush + small toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, shaver and small shaving cream. It has an elevator, 4 small bottles of water. Lidl was near the building. Good WiFi. A lot of fresh towels. Administrator provides you with the city map

The windows are super thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. Considering that the apartment is near the railway and the road, the double-glazed windows should have been 3-layer You can hear your neighbors through the wall, even though they cough not loudly

The good service from staff, the receptionist let us an umbrella as it was rainy when we arrived. She gave us good information about places where to eat !

Staff were very helpful even provided us with a microwave when we needed to heat up some leftovers. Close to station, town and ferry. Provided extra water bottles. Handy having access to a fridge in the hallway.

Estaba un poco alejado del lago de Cómo, 15 minutos caminando.

Fácil acceso desde la estación de tren y cómodo para moverse andando por Como.
