Too far from the center, no cleaning service, construction work on the property so a lot of noise and dirt, no cleaning offered, mattress horribly hard.

The ladies that work on the property are excellent. Management is very confrontational and do not do enough to communicate with their abusive neighbors. Our neighbor was aggressive and management had zero discussion with all parties. Only threats. We asked to be moved, and management would not negotiate a refund. We were told the money is theres, so we ended up moving out and paying for 8 days, only stayed 1. Also the reviews are not accurate, I would not be surprised if the were fake. This location is quite isolated. There are very few restaurants or tiendas. There is one tienda nearby that sometimes has bottles of water. Sometimes they do not. Transportation is non existent. Taxis rarely pass by. There is the bus that goes downtown, but that will take 30 minutes. There is no Uber. The hotel does have a list of taxis, but obviously they are usually busy with other things, so it is not reliable. Taxi to downtown is around 30K pesos each way. For the same price, we stayed in downtown with an ocean view, 2 bedroom luxury apartment with pools, gym, and many restaurants and bars. If it is your first time in San Andres, do not make the same mistake I made and stay at this location. They are confrontational, aggressive, and abusive to their tenants. They are happy to keep your $800US for the week once you find out the location description is not accurate.

Garbage bins should be placed further away from the rooms.

The location was great. Very clean. Secure. Kitchen well-equipped. Two minutes walking to the beach. Good seafood at restaurants along the beach. Try the lemon pie at Lydia's one block north of the apartment. Great place if you're looking to chill, swim, and drink.

The space in the flat, the hot water, the AC, the bed was comfortable and it was close to the sea, furnished kitchen was really good. Kathy was really professional and available for any need.

The internet was slow or not connecting at all

The location is very good, a few steps from a nice beach, supermarkets around, some open 24 hours, bus from the airport will stop right by the entrance, same bus just in front of the hotel available to San Andres, the airport and anywhere on the island. The administrator Ms. Nubia is very kind and helpful, always available and ready to resolve any questions one may have. The kitchen is very functional with all utensils needed for 2 guests of the studio. A clean, friendly, comfortable and welcoming place, highly recommended.

Restaurants in San Luis will not be open after 5 PM, so you either cook or go to for dinner to San Andres town. The bus runs until 8.30 PM.

The sensation of feeling at home thanks to the amazing attention of the housekeeper Nubia. Literally 1 min walking from the beach Quiet, safe and clean place. Just perfect !

Wonderful apartment, very close to the beach - 3 minutes walking distance, very kind and helpful staff. Great value for money. Close to restaurants and stores. Great service, very clean. I liked that place very much.
