Centrally Located Beach House
Location, location, location ... Veramente una casa vacanza in posizione centrale nel sud della contea, con zona giorno, pranzo e cucina a vista, e una grande veranda riparata per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Dotato di una cucina completa, bagno e tre camere da letto; 2 matrimoniali e una con letti a castello. Inoltre, la camera familiare di livello inferiore ha un letto full size. I servizi includono WiFi, lavatrice / asciugatrice, riscaldamento centralizzato, griglia a gas, griglia a carbone, camera familiare di livello inferiore, per giochi o rilassanti serate al cinema. Vieni a sollevare i piedi e rilassati ... goditi il sole e la sabbia e poi un bel tramonto la sera sulla veranda protetta ascoltando gli uccelli cantare.
Abbiamo menzionato la posizione? Block Island Ferry / Galilee e Newport sono rispettivamente da 20 a 30 minuti. Nella direzione opposta, Misquamicut e Watch Hill sono a circa 20-25 minuti di auto. Mystic Seaport Museum e l'Acquario distano solo 35 minuti in auto, mentre Foxwoods è a circa 40 minuti.

John was very nice and responsive. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were so busy with other activities we didn’t get to enjoy the wonderful backyard and games.

The house was perfect. Very clean and organized. We loved the screened in back porch and enjoyed our 2 weeks stay. John was thorough with information and very helpful. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved this house. The location was perfect. Communication with the owner was amazing. He allowed an early check in without us even having to ask. The house was perfect. Love the back porch and all the extra items available in the shed for fun and for the beach. Plenty of cooking items available. The binder organization of information was great. Only thing I wished was there would be a regular coffee pot (A single cup Keurig was available). But still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and well maintained …. all the amenities that were in the listing were available for our use and in very good condition. John, our host, was easily reachable, responded quickly, and very pleasant. When visiting this area, we would happily stay here again.

This rental offered a spacious house with a generous yard. The hosts are communicative and helpful. 20 minute walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants, preserves, and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my family’s first trip in a long time. We brought with us my four month old. The house had plenty of space for all of us to have our own rooms and privacy, but a great family room in the basement to gather and play games. Check in was easy, everything was very clean and the house had all essentials we needed (including a beach umbrella and chairs we took with us to the beach). My parents even commented that anything you could possibly need was there. The beach was 4 minutes away and we were able to use the beach passes for parking (John was nice enough to even run us over the second one since we had two cars). We were also close to a couple of cute places to grab food and drinks easily. We would definitely want to stay here again!

John was incredibly responsive and helpful with his information, including when I had car trouble. House was spotless, family porch was fabulous. He has an info book with detailed info too. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the property! The yard is very nice. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The town beach pass came in handy. It's a beautiful beach. The house has plenty of space for the 4 of us. The screened in porch is great for enjoying the cool night air without mosquitos. We loved the fire pit as well, easy for us to light. We would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Home was comfortable and has everything you could think of, very well equipped! Comfortable beds and a/c was amazing! The basement was a bonus! Owner a pleasure and very responsive! Would highly recommend this property!

Lovely place to stay
We loved staying at the house. The house was quaint and plenty of room for all of us. Loved the screened in porch or just sitting outside. When John speaks of location he is spot on. Everything is within a 25 minute drive. Manutuck beach was wonderful - never crowded. Thank you John for allowing us to rent your house..

Awesome Get Away

Lovely stay
Huge property- kids loved the backyard with lawn games and fire pit. Well stocked kitchen, cooked many meals including fresh lobster! Beach pass was a huge plus. Basement had a musty smell so we couldn’t really spend time down there.

John the owner of the house was really easy to reach and we were able to get all the answers to our questions before our trip. The beds are comfy, the outdoor shower was great, the screened porch is awesome to spend the evenings and play board games and the area is sooooo Calm. Very relaxing place. We will not hesitate to rent this house again in the future.

Perfect for our family and friends!
I cannot say enough about this property! Location is great, yard is big and great for kids to run around, fire pit/yard games 👍🏼, screened porch great for rainy days, playing games, and relaXing, outdoor shower has hot water so you basically have two working showers for simultaneous use if you have several guests, beach pass to matunuck beach was great and perfect for those with kiddos. Beach had showers, bathrooms, and a playground within an eye shot if you have littles. The house was spotless and has everything you could need/want! John is super responsive and we just thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Our mini-vacation
We liked the screened in porch and backyard fire pit.
It was well equipped with kitchen utensils.
The beaches were close-the first day we got in because it
Was overcast but the second day they were only allowing
25% capacity due to Covid and we’re turned away at 10:30 AM.
We did find a few lovely parks (Black Rock and a wildlife preserve)
And did enjoy our stay-lovely area!

An ideal place for R&R
My husband and I were looking for a place to just sit back and relax, and this place delivered! The kitchen is great to cook in, but there are also excellent restaurants nearby. The beach is convenient and having the parking pass makes it easy to visit. We checked out the nearby sculpture trail, and grilled on the grill. It was nice to have a TV upstairs as well as in the room downstairs. The amenities were excellent and we wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

We had a great stay in a great location. The house was fantastic. The ocean was a couple blocks away. Good restaurants close. We will stay there again.
