Perfect Location, Apartment was clean and had all amenities for comfortable stay, including high speed internet, Smart tv , enough please for clothes. Easy check it and check out. Strongly recommend for couples or even for the family with 1 kid.

Building Entrance, a bit old and with smell of mold .

It was fine.. a bit noisy from the bar next door.. the hallway and staircases are really poor though, dirty, poorly decorated and very disappointing. The apartment was fine but we cannot understand why the utility room is upstairs next to the bed & the bathroom next to the ceiling.. the stairs to the mezzanine were also too narrow.

at the apartment you could hear everything from the neighbours. as it is the old town of Nice the building is the opposite of soundproof. won’t suit for a quiet holiday, otherwise take earplugs with you.

Great central location in the heart of old town. Located above two very popular tourist bars that play loud music until 2am. With the windows closed the music from the bars was muffled but still audible. There’s AC in the unit so this wasn’t much of an issue.

As mentioned above the apartment is located above two bars, but the noise from the bars was nothing comparable to the noise from the hallway. The apartment has some sort of tinted glass barrier where a door used to be (see photo), but this does NOT function as a wall and there was absolutely zero sound barrier. We could hear everything from the hallway and presumably people in the hallway could hear everything from inside the apartment. Unfortunately during our weekend stay, we had a large group of young partiers staying across the hall from us who were in and out of the hallway, yelling, playing loud music until 5AM each night. It truly felt like the voices and noise was coming from INSIDE the apartment due to the poor sound insulation. We didn’t get any sleep the night before our long flight home. Even though this was obviously an unlucky circumstance to be next to a group of young partiers, I feel like the owner of the apartment should invest more into sound proofing the door instead of using a cheap glass barrier. I would highly caution against staying here if you need a good night’s sleep, mostly from the hallway noise issue but also the location of the apartment being above the bars.

From the moment I engaged with the host regarding administrative issues with booking to the moment I left, I had a great experience. The location is superb and central. The apartment has all you need.

1st thing is the location next to antique brand shops/restaurants/sea/metro station 2nd the street is always busy and noisy till 10 pm after that its not safe as there are a lot of bars and so many drunk ppl (out of their minds) will be around 3rd apartment was well furnished with everything, cleaned, and towels/ napkins/ cooking utensils except (knives /spoon/ forks). Cleaning products are also their. 4th host was responsive and helpful for questions

1st the apartment is located inside very dark building looks like ghosted with homeless sleeping at the gate. 1st when i arrived i was scared and hesitated to enter. Called the host and asked for double checking im at the right building and directions to go to the apartment since there is no number on the apartments. Make sure to use the light next to the gate inside to switch on the lights upon your arrival 2nd too many stairs to take if u have heavy luggages it will kill your muscles. As its the big gigantic old stairs steps 3rd the apartment design is not good having washing machine in the bed room second floor and bathroom downstairs. It will tire you if u are that person who do so many visits during sleeping time. Plus annoying to sleep when washing machine is on. 4th the washing machine doesn't have a dryer and even with 15 mins washing period the clothes will be like they were washed for 1 hour. You will be provided with hanger to dry the clothes but will take forever since not enough wind will be coming through the window. 5th the cabs cant approach the building so you have to order them near outside the street or sea side 6th be carful to walk outside early morning a lot of drunk ppl

No view from the windows: it's a dark apartment with the lights off The apartment is good. However the building itself is ugly and dusty

Bottled water, milk and apple juice in the fridge, nice touch. Great shower in bathroom, very powerful !

It's a lively area, above a great bar (Waynes) so you may get music noise late at night, but shouldn't bother you unless you're a very light sleeper. I would DEFINITELY book this again 👍😁🛌

The apartment was clean & warm. My daughter is coeliac so having kitchen facilities to cook were excellent for us. The little extras that were left for us were greatly appreciated, thank you.
