Exceptional apartment, immaculately clean with great facilities. Mario could not be more helpful. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for first class accommodation in the beautiful Old Town.

The apartment is so close to restaurants for evening meals, very important after a tiring day sightseeing. The location was really quiet overnight, so no problem sleeping.Mario was really attentive and always replied to messages promptly.

Only the stairs! But that can't be avoided when you visit a place built on the side of a cliff!!

It is a really beautiful apartment, also has beautiful view of the old town. It was equipped with all the things you need . I would love to come back again.

Fantastic rooftop apartment right in the old town and next to the city wall. Overlooks the fort and a great view of the new town and mountain. The host was kind enough to meet me at the gate and carry the luggage up many steps.

What a location! every window had an amazing view of the old city. I only had less than 24hours in Dubrovnik and this was a great location to make the most of the little time I had

There were quite a few stairs to get to the apartment but if you have a backpack you will be fine. Matteo met me and helped me with my bags which was a huge help. He also helped store my bags and bring them down for me too.

This lovely little apartment is absolutely fantastic, even nicer than the photos. It was spotlessly clean and fresh, with a good shower and much needed air con (incredibly hot weather during our stay!!) The host had a good sense of humour and was so friendly and helpful, with great communication throughout. The view from the terrace - just wow at any time of day, and beautiful at night looking over all the lit up rooftops. The wall was always busy with a steady stream of people walking by, but you feel rather smug sat there with your cold drink and feet up!! Of course there are steps to negotiate to get to the apartment but this is the Old Town and I’ve stayed at properties in Dubrovnik that were much harder (and tiring!) to get to. Would not hesitate to return here - thank you!

Perfect stay. A little smaller than expected from the photos but big enough and there’s everything you need except an ironing board. I just used the table. Mario and his brother made sure we felt very welcome and responded very quickly when contacted. They helped us getting to and from the arpartment and the airport. The balcony is absolutely top-notch for a cozy breakfast in the shades or a relaxing evening drink before going to dinner. You have to tolerate envious looks from people taking the wall tour when you enjoy the view though. Everything is easy accesable from the apartment.

The property was spotless in an exceptional location and also very quiet at night. The balcony was perfect to see the sun go down in the evening and watch the last of the people on the walls. We landed quite late yet Matio was there to meet us and check us in taking time to explain the apartment and also show us what was what on the city map. There was completely water/juice/coffee and biscuits as well as toiletries.

There is nothing not to like, the only advice i would give is if you have mobility problems the old town is not the location for you. The ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom are low at points. Im 6ft and managed so I wouldn’t let it put you off.

The host was incredibly helpful on our arrival, carrying our super heavy suitcase!! Up to the roof apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has the most wonderful view of the walls, the sea and the Fort.

Be aware for those with mobility issues there is a large flight of stairs, (as is common in dubrovnik) however the host could not have been more helpful with our luggage, he was fantastic!

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Everything in the apartment is high quality, the bed is comfortable and the shower very good. It was great to be able to sit on the balcony overlooking the old wall, fort and sea enjoying a morning coffee and evening drink. The host was really friendly and helpful and went out of his way to help us with heavy luggage up and down the many steps in the Old Town. I highly recommend this apartment.

Super clean, great location. The owners are amaizning - super nice and helpful.

The host, Mateo was very kind to help us at all aspect, giving us some advice for local restaurant and quick responses for the other questions via the messenger. The apartment was located close enough to the main street and the view from there was amazing.

Like other reviewers mentioned, there were steps to get the apartment. It was totally no problem for us but if you have injured or something on your leg, it would not be recommended. Again, it was totally ok for people who are healthy.

Our host Mario was so helpful and friendly. Immediately I felt like he was a friend who opened his home to us. The apartment is even prettier in person with spectacular views of the old city. There is a lot of steps but our host was there to meet us and help us with our things. If you’re looking to stay in the old city — this apartment will not disappoint!!

We stay 3 nights in Dubrovnik. Amazing view above the city and the city walls. It was like to feel us as a local. The apartment is very modern, comfortable, quiet, with a big bed for two persons and a sofa bed for two as well. The sofa bed is excellent and create a cosy ambiance in the rooms' corner. In the kitchen we had sugar, tee and coffee which we really appreciated. The kitchen is modern and perfect to cook in the evening (restaurants and coffees in Dubrovnik are very expensive for not a so good quality - prefer to eat at home). Our guest organised the taxi from airport for 200 kn and was awaiting us at the city gate and helped us with the luggages. He also helped us at the check out with the luggages to catch the bus at the city gate to go to the port. The apartment was absolutely clean and with all products to desinfect. He also let us two masks in case we need them. I strongly recommend this apartment to stay in Dubrovnik for a couple o a family with two children. Hvala lijepa,vidimo se.

For persons with disabilities the stairs may be difficult.

Everything about this location is excellent starting with a very friendly owner. Not only has he helped us to take baggage and escort us to the appartament himself but he also took effort to bring back a toy our son left in his car when he drove us from the airport. The appartament is very well located with a stunning view from the balcony. Nobody is passing by outside (not counting tourists on the walls of dubrovnik) because it's a private property only guests can reach. Inside is very clean and there's everything you need to make your stay comfortable. While being there I sent recommendation to all my friends that would like to visit Dubrovnik in the future. My score is 100 out of 100.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is really nice, located perfectly, with very nice view. It is really close to all attractions. Contact with Mario was very quick and efficient. We were able to store our luggage after checking out. All COVID 19 safety procedures are treated very seriously by Mario. Even we had some doubts to travel at this specific time to Dubrovnik we have spend 5 amazing days in a famous city with very limited number of tourists. Mario thanks a lot for all!
