Great property, with beautiful views. The pool was fantastic to have to cool down after a day exploring wonderful Dubrovnik. Dube and Cvjetko were very attentive both with any questions we had months before our trip and during our stay. Thank you!

The property was great! just be prepared for steps but that’s the price you pay for the views.. which are worth it! Pack a small suitcase to carry up the steps.

Great location, fabulous views and very friendly hosts. Everything you need is in the apartment and it is clean throughout. As long as you're ok with steps (89 down to the road) the location is superb and only a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Pool too was lovely and clean and refreshing.

amazing view of the old town nice pool, generally well equipped with good amenities and BBQ (electric but Weber. it does the job).

parking is a massive nightmare in this part of the town (atypical for Croatia). public parking is impossible while garages are up to 100 EUR per night. little bit worn down. bathroom was dump and moldy (no ventilation).

Access to the property is up a steep flight of steps. No problem if you are young and fit but anyone with mobility problems could struggle.

very clean, had everything we needed, air conditioning, lovely pool and lots of outside seating space, spacious bedrooms, washing machine and excellent location near all the main sights, beach, restaurants and supermarket, also a fantastic bakery nearby. Fantastic view of the city from the terrace!

Fantastic Villa. Unbelievable location. Host arranged transport to and from villa. Very helpful and easy to contact. Villa spotless clean with everything you could possibly want. One of the only accomodations with a pool and boy did we use it, beautiful hot weather every day. Dubrovnik is a magical place and will definitely be back.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Just some advice, bring a small suitcase. Dubrovnik has steps everywhere, doesn't matter where you stay you are going to have to face some steep climbs but it will keep you fit and the views are most definitely worth it

The location was perfect, just outside the old town. The villa was exceptionally clean. The photos don't do this villa justice! The owners were extremely helpful, gave us lots of information of where things are, arranged transfers and accomadated the villas availability to our flight times as much as they could. The views from this villa are also amazing!

Great location, really clean and comfortable apartment. Hosts really helpful and accommodating. Nice to have the terrace and pool in a location so close to the old town.

We decided to consider the steps as a fitness challenge rather than a negative, that way we could eat more at lunch! 😉

Beautifully equipped, lovely apartment. Nice and quiet location with a fab pool and outside area. Our hosts were great, quick to respond to every enquiry and very helpful. We have had a wonderful stay (the sunny weather definitely helped!) and would recommend the property wholeheartedly! 😃

Nothing to dislike. Just be warned….. there are a lot of stairs in Dubrovnik!

We had a lot of space, inside of the apartment, but mostly outside. The terrace with the pool was great, especially for having breakfast or dinner. The location was also very convenient, only 5 minutes from the old city, car rentals or the Banje beach.

Beds comfy and the air conditioning was great. Layout of the place was well thought out and the pool is needed just wish it was bigger.

Host needs to be more welcoming and friendly. She demanded that we pay when we had already paid it knowing we had and then apologised she should know whether we had paid or not and I provided proof of this. It the best of welcomes. She also made herself a glass of water and did not offer anyone else. Very odd. The noise from the above apartments are severe and Load music boarding the host did ask them to turn it down which they did but it happened several times. Also water pouring onto the terrace from above for over 24 hours which wasn’t great. The steps up to the apartment are very steep and vast. My mother struggled who is nearly 70 Ideally this apartment is suited to fit adults and children over 5 years old and people with no physical disabilities.
