The host and everybody else helping around the house were very kind to us and we felt very welcome! We recommend this place highly :) They definitely go the extra mile for their guests. To give an example, things were not going good for us (we were having difficulties finding a place to stay in that region) and Annie took us in in the middle of the night, after normal check-in hours. We are so-so grateful for that! In addition, we mixed up our payment and after we had left the villa, Annie contacted us with the problem and helped to find a solution how we could meet up again to make the payment. We felt so bad that this happened - everything and everybody had been so great with us - but fortunately Annie helped to solve all the obstacles. We are very grateful for Annie and everybody else too :)

Great lagoon to swim is just across the street and can be admired from the balcony. Nice swimming pool. Beautiful house with all amenities. Mrs Annie is a nice host and maintenance staff are discreet. Quiet environment with green countryside in the background. Nice garden. We liked this spacious and relaxing lounge and large bedrooms

The space of the property, the cleanliness, the pool, the watchmen, the bed, everything was just wonderful! Annie however was the best of it all!

Great location just by the beautiful Belle Mare beach. We enjoyed the beach and the pool very much. Perfect snorkling right off store the beach

The house is a bit worn out and could use upgrade on beds (very hard and creaky), BBQ, floor at first floor, etc

The place is great and the view as well. Near facilities such as supermarket and restaurants.

The place lacks privacy. Gardener, watchmen, the cleaning people walks around the villa and the look inside or at us. Cant be alone with someone without knowing others are looking. Worse part is putting 2 cameras to face the pool. Really didnt appreciate that. Finally the place needs a renovation as paint is fading off and cracks all around the house.

The location was perfect, great host. Everything was clean and the Seaview was excellent. Nice pool and very large dining area. Excellent and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Living and dining area needs to have a good AC system as it tends to get quite warm when you have a few people.

The location is great but the host is not friendly at all. She always find ways to make more money from you. I got the same feedback from friends who stayed there. Beware and agree on price before your stay.. When I booked and paid on booking. com, she said the price was wrong, and I had to top up another Rs. 1500. A night stay was rs.7000 but she was asking for rs. .4000 for a late checkout. She also has this bad habit of coming in the villa and looking inside during the day. This made my guests very uncomfortable.
