Bed could have had an underlay for more comfort or thicker sheets.

Easy to access keys. Great location and well laid out and clean apartment.
Easy to walk to everything.
The apartment is tired. We stayed here three years ago and it could do with a freshen up for the price paid.

Outdoor area was dirty, windows not washed and dead and dying plants on balcony. Windows unable to be opened in bedrooms made them hot and stuffy - need opening windows or ceiling fans

WE really enjoyed appartement, Thank you. The only problem was ,we didnt find the air conditioning switch untill the day prior to leaving. ( it was quiet warm at the time). cheers, Leonie
Good location. Nicely equipt Kitchen, T.V. eventually we were able to get working with the assistance of your staff, (Lovely , lass.)

location and setup.
there were a number of things that weren’t up to scratch..
1. fly screen doors were broken/propped up and balcony not clean
2. many dishes/glasses/mugs were dirty. assumed this was because the..
3. dishwasher doesn’t work properly- would run a cycle but dishes weren’t cleaned properly and had to be hand washed
4. no matter what the setting, the toaster burnt the toast - had to manually pop early
5. bed was comfortable and appeared clean. when got spare pillow to use the case was dirty with what looked like mascara/makeup

Extensive and repetitive terms and conditions. Multiple emails after booking to provide thibgs like ID, approving terms and conditions. Dirty windows.

Lovely clean and modern apartment. It was very roomy, had everything we needed and more and the location was amazing. Thanks for the great stay

Floors were sticky and it was just a little dirty walls doors etc.. Everything else was great.

We had a TERRIBLE stay here. The apartment had extremely loud noises reverberating through every 15 or so minutes. Sounded like a ship was taking off right next to us and a horn was blowing. It was so bad we considered leaving in the middle of the night, unable to get any sleep but decided to stick it out as we had a baby. DO NOT STAY here unless you do not need any sleep. Furthermore, management took an unreasonable length of time (many phone calls, messages and emails) to give us only a partial refund for our second night. Completely unacceptable given our short holiday away was ruined.
